酒店地理位置和View很好，樓下就有一個購物商城和超市，早餐食物新鮮種類豐富，店貓也很熱情🤣 辦理入住和退房都非常快捷，不需要付款按金。 下次再來還是會定這家酒店的。

位置方便，距離河邊遊客區只5-8分鐘路程，2分鐘直達Topspot 大型海鮮攤檔，酒店隔離有超市。房間寬敞明亮，衞生程度尚好，但熱水喉較慢熱，初用時要等超過5分鐘水才夠熱。 早餐的食物種類也多選擇，雖然質素一般，但總體而言也不差

我們是先到的酒店登記，存行李，因為沒到入住時間然後出去玩，到了時間才回來的。就在我們登記，到最後取房卡，都沒有人告訴我們，明明預訂的是雙床房，改成了單床房，做了一夜的飛機，又玩了好久，進到酒店房間，才發現是一張床。那種就想躺下不動但又得去問的感覺，真是服了。最後溝通，就是系統問題，給我免費加一張床。好吧。我們很累了。不想折騰。我們同意了。 洗漱用具，什麼的也都是一份，正好門口有工作人員在工作，我去要的。 畢竟沒少花錢，這個價格，令我失望。 位置不錯，去哪裡走着去就可以，買東西吃飯什麼的也都很方便。

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Sabrina greeted my friends and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. We got upgraded from original booking superior to a deuxe room due to high occupancy they said but nevertheless appreciate the gesture! Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants next door(UTC) Loved the newly opened Tabby Bar sunset view. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Sabrina, Mr Faizul, Mr Abang from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!

相比國內價格還是比較便宜的，整體乾淨，環境好，周邊也有吃飯的地方

Have a lovely stay here. Room had been upgraded to a bigger room. New blok has a swimming pool at level 3. Breakfast are very basic. Understandable becos it very low occupancy. Things to improve 1. Bidet need to be fix becos leaking 2. Should have use higher pipe head for the sink would b more convenient 3. Fixture in the bathroom need to b fix properly becos few things were loose. 4. No shampoo 5. Towels were smelly

除了提前退房，不能退款，其他的無可挑剔，房間夠大，服務也很好，前台還幫忙找了插頭，英語說的很專業，大廳玻璃門出去就是商場，方便去超市，也有ATM取款機，還在商場3樓做了一個美甲，都是華人，

就在機場對面的酒店，可以預訂機場接送服務（提前打電話預約）。早餐的選擇比預期多樣化，員工服務態度良好！只是酒店設施稍微可以再翻新些～ 總結來説，是個還不錯的體驗！😊
