酒店位於海濱，雖然沒有自己的沙灘，但臨海很近。酒店屬於高層，視野好。訂的是市容房，可以俯瞰城市。 酒店房間相對較寬敞，而且可以收到中文台。但房間衞生有待進一步提升，特別是浴室簾子，需要好好洗刷，床睡上有些癢，燒水壺被以前客人煮過咖啡，還有印記。

作爲經常出差的旅客,我最近住在AC Hotel Kuantan,想分享我的反饋。 總的來說,我在酒店的經歷是積極的。設施維護得很好,工作人員很友好和包容。然而,我確實遇到了房間空調系統的問題。 儘管初始溫度舒適,但注意到幾個小時後房間開始感覺溫暖,酒店工作人員處理問題並採取行動解決,花了一些時間。 雖然我理解維護問題可能發生,但我希望酒店將來能改善對此類擔憂的響應時間,以確保客人始終如一的舒適住宿。

專為當地人經常光顧的居家度假而優化的飯店！保全很徹底，設施也不錯，最棒的是可以在飯店的私人泳池和大海之間來回穿梭，床品乾淨舒適，洗衣機、冰箱、炊具也不錯.^^一定要帶牙膏、拖鞋、梳子。如果您害怕飛蟲，請避免使用。

酒店擁有美麗又寧靜的沙灘，有小孩專有的戲水池，房間冷氣很足，服務人員態度很好，早餐中規中矩。酒店外麪也有很多吃飯的，走不遠還有便利店，是短途旅行不錯的選擇。 有一點不太滿意，酒店住客並不太多的情況下，並沒有給我們海景房，給的是看樹林的房間，這個有點不太滿意。

Antara hotel yg terbaik dan harga yg berpatutan kalau nak stay di kuantan. Harga bilik termasuk sarapan pagi. Sarapan pun okay. Staff pun bagus2. Parkir percuma dan banyak dalam kompaun hotel. Kawasan2 tmpt makan, dan kedai2 serbanek juga berhanpiran

A great stay. There were several things lacking. 1) The towels were not provided earlier. Need to ask the receptionist for the towels. 2) The aircond was too old, it took several hours to make sure the room is comfortable. 3) There was dust at the top of the cabinet where we hang our cloth and it was really irritating.

Booked for family garden chalet but in the midnight got electricity issues which the hotel authority immediately transfer us to another room for sleep. Even paid the price for family chalet then need to change to standard room (connecting room) I’m ok with that bcs the staff feels responsible and also friendly. Recommended to stay here and will repeat ✅

Hotel bajet yang memberikan segala-gala yang anda inginkan..bilik yg mempunyai ruangan yang cukup untuk anda solat..tidak terlalu kecil dan besar untuk 3 orang..dapat pulak bilik bertingkap jadi boleh tengok pemandangan sekitar kuantan..akan datang lagi jika ada urusan di masa akan datang..

After a long day of exploring the city, I found solace in unwinding by the poolside, soaking in the serene ambiance and indulging in some well-deserved relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety measures is commendable, especially in light of current global circumstances. I felt reassured knowing that stringent hygiene protocols were in place throughout the property. Overall, my experience at Grand Darul Makmur Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the comfortable accommodations and excellent dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuantan, and I look forward to returning in the future.
