入住經驗相當失望。房間與照片不符，冷氣會漏水也沒有遙控器，被子太薄，夜裡很冷。入住被安排在四樓，卻沒被告知電梯故障。退房時電梯仍未修好，搬行李十分不便。
停車每晚 RM10，進出都要到前台驗證。晚上外出時發現有可疑人士出入，讓人感覺不安全。整體設施老舊、管理不佳，不推薦入住。

The stay was quite disappointing. The room looked very different from the photos. The air conditioner was leaking with no remote, and the blanket was too thin for the cold night. The lift was broken but not mentioned during check-in, so I had to carry luggage via stairs.
Parking costs RM10 per night and requires verification each time. At night, some suspicious people were seen around, which felt unsafe. Old facilities, poor management — not recommended.
