單人間，小小的一間，如果不是稍微挪了一下床位我的箱子估計都放不下。 衞生還是很乾凈的，就是很小。 可以免費寄存行李，好像可以延遲退房？當時辦入住的時候還沒到下午三點，有空房就讓我入住了，可以説非常非常人性化了。 門口的小哥還會幫忙搬行李，真的不錯 👍

位置在比較亂的秋傑地區，旁邊的夜市有名但很混亂。房間裏地毯上許多黴點和污漬，房間窗户也很臟。服務還行，但每天屋內味道很大，不知道是清潔人員還是上一個客人的體味。周圍的居民和酒店住客印度人居多。

房間一直有個風機/空調機裏面的嗓音，我自己佩戴了降噪耳機，否則整晚都無法入睡；房間整體環境陳舊，洗手間的毛巾也不清新不潔白，入住體驗不好。

飯店協助升級房型，從單人床升等到雙人床，而且切是完全免費的服務，最後一天因趕早班飛機，飯店也很貼心協助打包改攜帶式，讓我到機場還有美味的早餐可享用，真的很推薦來這間飯店住宿。

南樓和北樓有不同的前台和價格，但是很多公用設施是共用的。我在北樓，但是也可以去南樓的屋頂泳池看夜景，還是很漂亮的。但是吉隆坡就是很魔幻，一邊是高大上的摩天大樓，另外一邊推門就是貧民窟。

房間永遠一股黴味，後面就是貧民窟，全是印度或南亞人，晚上謹慎出門。房間木枱麪很輕易被踩踏刮傷我娃腿，客房經理帶人處理後換房，然而這個**前台一直沒給換，態度還特別傲慢無禮，罵他一頓後態度緩和。後面換何姓華人經理後態度好很多，也會幫忙訂票，送午餐。謹慎訂房，周邊臟亂差，連國內十八線連鎖酒店都不如，不知道怎麼掛上希爾頓的！

歡迎飲品沒有提供；房間寬敞，設施簡陋，周邊環境不太好；離石油雙塔有點遠，走路半小時，路過一個市場和夜市；沒有免費網絡，用的自己流量。退房了可以寄存行李。

離地鐵很近，離雙子塔也很近，走路來回。乀（ˉεˉ乀）...去去去乀（ˉεˉ乀）...去去去٩（ ˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́ ）و￥買買買!!乀（ˉεˉ乀）...去去去  已經來來回回住過好多次了，中國人還是很多在這裏住的。⁽⁽ƪ（ᵕ᷄≀ ̠˘᷅ ）ʃ⁾⁾ᵒᵐᵍᵎᵎ⁽⁽ƪ（ᵕ᷄≀ ̠˘᷅ ）ʃ⁾⁾ᵒᵐᵍᵎᵎ

本人長期頻繁出差，對住宿要求很低，衹求乾淨安靜衞生、能好好休息就行，本來期待不高，結果入住體驗堪稱災難級。 半夜十二點準備入睡，頭頂風機轟鳴不止，關窗也擋不住噪音。維修工過來衹聽了幾聲，就説這是常年老問題根本修不好，實在無法理解這種問題房居然還敢對外出租。深夜臨時換房格外狼狽，全程沒有工作人員搭手幫忙、也沒有一句道歉，衹能自己把拆開的行李重新打包整理，獨自拖着行李下樓到前台辦理換房，一通折騰後身心俱疲。 前台聲稱給我免費升級房型，本以為情況會好轉，沒想到第二間房反而更差，整體又臟又破。床單留有污漬明顯未更換，屋內多處設施損壞；地板、牆面、窗户遍佈污漬黑點，淋浴頭嚴重發黃，垃圾桶銹蝕嚴重，全屋燈光昏暗壓抑。網上平台衹會反復發模板化的道歉話術，線下工作人員全程冷漠不作為，既無當面致歉也無任何幫扶措施，花錢住宿不僅徹夜沒法休息，深夜折騰換房最後住進劣質臟房，完全不推薦入住。 I travel frequently for business and only have basic expectations for accommodation – all I need is a clean, quiet and hygienic room for a decent night’s sleep. However, this hotel turned out to be the worst stay I have ever had. It was nearly midnight when I was about to sleep, yet loud roaring noise from the ventilation fan right above never stopped, and closing windows did nothing to block the sound. The maintenance staff did not even bother to inspect the unit carefully; he just listened briefly and told me it was an old persistent fault that could never be fixed. It baffles me how such a defective room was ever available for booking. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was an exhausting mess. No staff offered to help with my luggage or even said sorry. I had to repack all my unpacked belongings by myself, drag everything down to the front desk on the ground floor and complete the room transfer alone. I was totally worn out after all this hassle. I was told the new room was a complimentary upgrade, hoping things would get better, but it was far worse and run-down. The bed sheet was visibly stained and clearly not replaced, and many fixtures inside were broken. Stains could be seen all over the floor, walls and windows. The shower head was heavily yellowed, the trash can was badly rusted, and the whole room was dimly lit. The hotel only sent generic apology messages through the booking platform without any practical solutions. The on-site staff were completely indifferent throughout the whole incident — no face-to-face apology, no assistance of any kind. I paid for a proper stay but ended up losing sleep, suffering from messy late-night room switching and staying in a filthy shabby room in the end. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
