如果你只看到了頂樓的無邊泳池，那預定之前請一定看完我的評價，這家酒店跟五星級酒店毫無關係，這就是詐騙！ 1. 房間衛生極差（看圖），第一間房間床單下全是各種頭髮，投訴之後換了一間房被單上都是不明血跡，地毯上全是毛髮和細碎的垃圾。 2. 酒店配備的一次性物品全是最劣質的，拖鞋走兩步就壞了，廁紙、牙刷等等一系列衛生用品都是最廉價的產品。 3. 房間幾乎毫無隔音，跟露天沒區別，門外、樓上、隔壁所有人的聲音都可以聽得一清二楚，尤其是夜晚摩托車巨大的轟鳴聲，玻璃窗毫無隔音效果，完全無法休息。 4. 熱水器不工作，打電話給前臺，等了近 40 分鐘才有人來修理，且修理了近半個小時。 5. 頂樓無邊泳池風景很好，但衛生質量非常差！你一下水就能感受到。 這樣的酒店應該直接被拉黑並且取消五星認證，這還沒有 3 星酒店的水平! If you were only attracted by the infinity pool on the top floor, please make sure to read my review before making a reservation. This hotel has nothing to do with a five-star hotel. It's a complete fraud! 1. The room hygiene was extremely poor (see the pictures). Under the sheets in the first room were all kinds of hair. After complaining and changing to another room, there were unidentified blood stains on the sheets, and the carpet was covered with hair and tiny pieces of trash. 2. All the disposable items provided by the hotel were of the worst quality. The slippers broke after just taking a couple of steps. Toilet paper, toothbrushes and a series of other hygiene products were all the cheapest ones available. 3. There was almost no sound insulation in the room. It was no different from being outdoors. You could hear clearly the voices of people outside the door, upstairs and in the adjacent rooms. Especially at night, the loud roar of motorcycles could be heard. The glass windows had no soundproofing effect at all, making it impossible to have a rest. 4. The water heater didn't work. I called the front desk and waited for nearly 40 minutes before someone came to repair it, and it took nearly half an hour to fix it. 5. The view of the infinity pool on the top floor was nice, but the hygiene quality was terribly poor! You could feel it as soon as you got into the water. Such a hotel should be blacklisted directly and have its five-star certification revoked. It doesn't even reach the level of a three-star hotel!
