The first words my husband said to me after we self checked in was "I don't care how much it cost it's worth it" (I do all the bookings so he had no idea). Jerry made self check in super easy so all we needed to do was rock up grab an envelope punch in the code and walk into our room. The Seville Suite was a gorgeous room presented with complimentary cheese and crackers which went well with our wine. We made use of the BBQ facilities and sat by the camp fire chatting with Random strangers from around the world. The gardens were peaceful to walk around and full of winter beauty. Highly recommend a stay here for couples looking to escape it all.

We spent 3 nights here between Xmas & New Year. Great location, 10 mins to Tanunda ($25 in a taxi) and even closer to many good wineries. The grounds and facilities were amazing, our cottage was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend

Thanks Jerry for being accommodating and lucky us, we were even upgraded to a King Suite free of charge! The Orlando Suite was absolutely stunning and the bed was so comfortable. The surrounding gardens are lovely, our only disappointment was that the weather was way too cold to take advantage of the gorgeous pool.

Absolutely fantastic! Tranquil and picturesque grounds and beautifully restored accomodation. Literally everything was thought of and loved the little touches like the cheese platter. Epic spa bath and comfy beds & pillows. We struck accommodation gold booking this place in the Barossa.

We had a lovely stay at Jacobs Creek Retreat. It's a romantic space with a beautiful garden. I have to make a shout out to Jerry - although contactless check in was offered we ran into him on the grounds and he explained the history of the space to us which was wonderful. Furthermore, we unfortunately had a little bad luck during our trip and dropped our cheese platter on the ground (smashing the plates and all) Jerry was so lovely, he came running to check up on us when he heard the smash, he was much more worried about us than the plates and he even gifted us a cheese as a replacement!!!! No major hotel would be providing above and beyond service like this. Thank you!
