An extremely disappointing stay. The restaurant closed at 2015hrs on both Friday and Saturday night, but no one told us. There was no information pack in the room. Instead, a small sign directed us to the central HRewards website through which we were expected to navigate to find the local website and try to find out details for the hotel. This was both cumbersome and not obvious. The restaurant was unwilling to accommodate my son's allergies. After much persuasion, they managed to produce a simple meal but it was so heavily seasoned I had to wash it in the sink. After a long delay, I managed to speak to housekeeping about an issue. They promised to fix it. Two hours later, and with no response, I managed to get reception to chase up what was happening. Housekeeping had said they could not fix the problem but had forgotten to tell me! For EUR 340 per night, this was a terrible stay and I would not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunate, since the facilities and location are brilliant.
