Wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben in diesen wunderbaren Haus einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft oberhalb der Bucht von Kremena. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Am besten von allem ist aber Zoran, der Vermieter und seine Frau. Die beiden haben uns bestens versorgt und waren immer für uns da. Zoran war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn es eine Frage gab.
Bei Ankunft hat uns Zoran herzlich empfangen und und uns alles gezeigt.Der Pool wurde zweimal gereinigt. Und Zoran besitzt außerdem das Restaurant Milano in Metković, ca 20 min Fahrt vom Haus. Sein Restaurant kann man nur bestens empfehlen.
Bei der Abreise haben uns die beiden noch verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!
Dieses Haus kann man absolut empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!

Vue, services et disponibilité rares
Nos hôtes n’ont su que faire pour nous faciliter le séjour dans leur région, toujours disponibles, y compris pour nous recommander tard dans quel Hopital aller suite à une mauvaise chute.
La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée, billards, sauna, Piscine, cuisine spacieuse et déjà en partie achalandée, air conditionné, ventilateurs au plafond, chambres toutes sur balcon et 4 salles de bain …
Et quelle vue surtout !
A mi distance entre Dubrovnik et Split, face à l’une des baies de la presqu’île de peljesac -nous avons pu finalement itinerairer partout et aller même jusqu’en Bosnie,
Bref localisation pleine de ressources dans un coin de nature encore très préservé, très calme, face a la Méditerranée et entouré de plagettes,..
Bref, un choix qui s’est révélé parfait !

Sehr schönes Haus für zwei Familien
Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht Das Haus ist mit den vier Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad und den großen Gemeinschaftsflächen (Wohnküche, Pool, Billardraum, Dachterrasse) ideal für zwei Familien geeignet. An Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen; durch die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern ist es im Haus auch bei großer Hitze gut auszuhalten. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und den Balkonen ist großartig. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, es gibt in der Umgebung nur wenige Häuser; gut Einkaufen kann man im Opuzen in ca. 15 km Entfernung.
Zoran, der Vermieter, war stets erreichbar, hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert, mehrmals den Pool gereinigt und uns sogar in sein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant in Metkovic eingeladen.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Außenanlage ist super. Der Pool hat eine whirlpool funktion. Es ist alles vorhanden zum kochen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, aber das sollte niemanden abhalten dort Urlaub zu machen. Traumhafter Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer. Die Dachterrasse ist perfekt mit grill und pizzaofen.

Spectacular Views
Stunning views from every window, short walk down steep but concrete road to small swimming beach (5 minutes). Thoughtfully stocked kitchen, fantastic sauna with essential oils and billards and pool overlooking the sea. 4 big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Roof top patio was huge and comfortable.
The owners were helpful and responsive and had fresh produce and wine waiting for us upon arrival. It was lovely meeting them. The driveway is steep and requires a quick turn into the parking pad, make sure you are confident with a manual transmission. The location is about 8-10 minute drive to Opuzen, mostly highway driving, where you will find all the groceries you need for your stay. My family loved our relaxing time and would stay again without hesitation.

Super stay
Amazing host who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Idyllic views especially from the roof terrace on which we ate every night. The swimming pool was a good size and the property worked well for 2 families. Zoran recommended several amenities to keep the teenagers entertained. It was brilliant to find such a fantastic house.
We also visited Zoran’s restaurant (Pizzeria Milano) which was delicious and I would thoroughly recommend.
A big thanks to Zoran and his family.

Welcoming and beautiful
From our first welcoming handshake to the wave as we left, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The house was immaculate and beautiful, only surpassed by the incredible views from every floor. Our host was available to help us whenever we needed it - esp after a particularly unique storm one night that messed with the utilities. And the icing on the cake was our visit tothe family’s restaurant. Excellent.

Breathtaking views
We had a lovely time at this house - 5 adults, 3 kids. The view from the property is beautiful and we even stopped some dolphins in the bay.
The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and clean, as is the pool. We did get a bit disrupted by the noise from neighbouring building works but that gave us the impetus to explore the surrounding countryside. The landlord told us the building stops during the summer months so we were just unlucky in our case.
Nevertheless, we had a great week here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa
Zoran and his family tell us they dont normally get guests from the uk. Well it is well worth a visit. The villa is outstanding. With a car you can reach Split and Dubrovnik within an hour and a half. The hosts restaurant is the best in town. We all enjoyed the food there and were treated well by the staff. Duba beach is about a fifteen minute walk. A very picturesque location for a peaceful holiday

Spend your vacation in a modern villa, seven minutes from a remote secluded beach, which is located in Kremena - a quiet remote village with beautiful sea and island views.
This beautiful property is on a hill and has three floors connected with indoor and outdoor stairs.
Relax in the room for fun (billiards, bar and sauna).
Four large bedrooms with associated bathrooms are on the first floor, while on the second floor there is a large living room and the kitchen with dining room.
Outside heated swimming poo l and terrace with lounge furniture give this villa additional charm. A spacious terrace with a panoramic view is located on the flat roof of the villa.
We recommend that you visit the historic city of Dubrovnik, Split, Korcula Island, Mostar, Wahlfartsort-Medjugorje.
