厄爾麥恩套房飯店(Ermine Suites)

地理位置優越，靠近克拉科夫的所有購物場所、美食和景點。超級好的公寓。我們在那裡住了 4 個晚上，只是與接待處的溝通比較困難，因為他們很少在那裡。所以我們沒有得到清潔服務，也沒有多餘的衛生紙，我們必須自己修理。但這並不會計入體驗的記錄中。因為你真的物有所值，公寓內有設備齊全的廚房，大樓內有電梯。我們一定會再次回來 - 無論是作為家庭還是商務，因為公寓也非常適合工作和會議。

Fantastisk beliggenhet i Gamlebyen - nydelig leilighet, og Joanna var behjelpelig med transfer til og fra airport, og annet vi hadde spørsmål om.

Had a great stay here with my partner. We had a 2 bed apartment (room 6) and it looks just like the pictures on the website. Modern entrance with a keypad and key safes inside, a modern lift. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was perfect, overlooking a nice square with some good restaurants and bars, couple of minutes walk to the main square. The shower was lovely and I liked the coffee machine. Netflix and WiFi for each room was a good idea. There is some noise from the street and you can hear music from the clubs below but it didn’t keep us awake. I think this is to be expected if you stay in a busy area. We did have an issue with stag party’s making loads of noise banging and shouting up and down the stairs in the early hours which did wake us up, we flagged this with the apartment manager who addressed it the following day. I booked this only a week before we travelled after another accommodation on the main square cancelled our booking due to renovation works. I’m glad that we got to stay here and would 100% recommend.

Communication was amazing and room was spectacular from pictures i was sent. Clean and large.

Super communications with Joanna. All the staff was great. Loved the neighborhood and the charming restaurants that were so close by. When we booked the trip we didn't even know about the Christmas Market which was an easy walk! It's always nice to have a little more space than just a small plain room. All the amenities were excellent. The kitchenette was perfect and to be able to do a little laundry was wonderful during an almost three week trip.

Great option to stay in the centre of Krakow, walkable distance from the train station. All the sightseeing on the doorstep together with some great options for eating out. There is a small grocery shop next door. A lift is available and makes it easy to get your stuff upstairs. Lovely, modern looking apartment with all the amenities you would need. Some cosmetic updating from the high usage needed but it wouldn't put us off from booking again. Great communication with the host. Lovely little touches like fruit, bottled water and sticker books. There was a renovation going on next door so 7am start on Saturday wasn't great but not the owner fault. You can also hear the faint sound of the nigh club few doors down.

The Apartment was spacious and very clean, all the basic facilities were there hob, toaster, microwave dishwasher cutlery and crockery, air-conditioning heated towel rail. The location of the Apartment was ideal as it was really close to the main square and numerous bars and restaurants.

Fantastic location and beautiful apartments. Clean and tidy and all of the necessary amenities available. The host was brilliant, and communication was first class. Taxis from the airport were arranged through them, and we were also able to leave our luggage in the office on the day of checkout with no added costs.

Modern, well equipped. Elevator and washing machine were important to us and the suite met our expectations. Location very convenient within Starowka, the heart of Krakow. The host, Ms. Joanna was very easy to reach by watsup or phone. She accommodated all our needs. We have forgotten important documents upon leaving the suite in the safe, and Ms. Joanna made sure that everything was kept secure and ready for us to pick up two days later from her office. We appreciate the honesty and her help. We highly recommend Ermine suites.
