K4 Aparthotel克拉特夫

Our two-night stay at the K4 Aparthotel was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. The staff deserves a special mention for their outstanding kindness and proactive service. Even before our trip, they contacted us about bed arrangements and offered to help with tour bookings. We arrived by train, and the location was perfect – just a 10-minute walk from the main station. It's situated on a quiet street, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the Main Market Square. Upon arrival on a very hot day, the staff kindly let us check in two hours early. It was a wonderful welcome to walk into an apartment that was already cool with the air conditioning on, and they had left two bottles of water for us. The apartment itself was huge, clean, and incredibly well-equipped, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, and even a bidet, which is a rare find. The staff was also extremely flexible. Since we had a very early start on one of the mornings and would miss the regular breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast bags for us the afternoon before, which included sandwiches, a wafer, juice, and an apple. The luggage storage in secure lockers after check-out was also very convenient. If we were to look for any flaws, the only minor points would be the breakfast (served at the nearby Hotel Atrium), which was just average. With so many great cafés in the area, we'd probably skip it next time. Also, a tiny detail: the soap dispensers in the bathroom weren't labelled, so it wasn't clear what they were for. However, these were insignificant issues in an otherwise perfect stay. We highly recommend this aparthotel and would gladly return.

Una ottima soluzione per le famiglie con bambini. Estremamente silenzioso, pulito e con buoni servizi. A pochi passi dal corso principale e dalla piazza. Ho preso una suite deluxe con 1 camera da letto ed un ampio soggiorno cucina con divano letto molto comodo. Doppio bagno

Als je Krakow bezoekt en een appartement wil boeken moet je echt dit appartement boeken. Van het inchecken tot het uitchecken en alles wat er tussen zit is het perfect geregeld. Het appartement is ruim schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je met de auto komt kun je afgesloten parkeren direct op het eigen terrein. Zou zo niet weten wat er beter kan omdat het perfect is!
