Location was amazing and very central to the main market square. Check in was seamless and pain free and the apartment was compact but never felt small and had enough storage available. There was 2 of all items in the kitchen which was perfect however they did not offer or provide a drying towel so it was hard to dry up items that had been used. Also the apartment was not serviced over the course of our stay which didnt matter for us as we were only there for 3 nights but if we were there for a longer stay it might have become an issue though I would imagine if we requested it, then it wouldnt be an issue as the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. Even with the close location to the market square it was very quiet in the room, only noise we heard was from other guests in the hallway

Fantastic stay. Amazing location. Staff are very nice. Comfy bed but pillows are a bit flat. Lovely kitchen area. BEST SHOWER EVER extremely spacious and powerful. Very quiet which we found surprising as the hotel is in the main square. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Room was with glass door towards outside, which is very weird and with ridiculous cover, against light coming in. Not the amenities expected for a 4 star hotel. And unfortunately very easy to hear the people in the room next to you.. Really only two positive things I can say. The location is good and it was clean.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious clean and comfortable and I loved having the additional lounge and kitchen area. Breakfast is available in the restaurant downstairs and there are plenty of little supermarkets and patisseries nearby. The daytime staff in reception were excellent and helped us purchase tickets and organise day trips at a reasonable price unlike many websites.

Perfect location for a visit to Krakow overlooking the old square. Lovely room and great communication from hotel with any questions you have and arranging transport from airport. Would definitely recommend Bit of noise from outside but no more than you’d expect for the benefit of being in the centre of things.

Lovely accommodation. Right on the Main Square of krakow but soundproofing excellent. Bed very comfy. Property warm and absolutely spotless.

Excellent location, right in the centre and view from the room was lovely overlooking the sq. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful recommending a couple of restaurants both of which we thoroughly enjoyed and booked a taxi for us back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property in the main square, my only complaint is the beds and pillows. Mattress was very hard for my whole family and lack of full or firm pillows made sleeping difficult

Friendly reception and perfect place for a family of five to explore the city. Everything you need in the apartment and walkable to so many sights and shopping. The apartment is very secluded, very clean and very comfortable. An elevator was also nice as we had luggage!
