L'hotel è situato in zona centrale, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale (Rynek Glowny) ed a pochissimi minuti dal Castello (Wawel). Inoltre, in pochi metri, ci si trova sul lungo fiume. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza e la gentilezza, la disponibilità a darci informazioni. Nonostante si trovi in un palazzo non di recente costruzione, le camere sono nuovissime, arredate in maniera funzionale e soprattutto pulite. Il bagno offre il classico doccia/shampoo e sapone mani, asciugamani, oltre al phon ed alla presa per ulteriore gadget capelli. Il letto, a mio gusto, molto comodo, così come i cuscini. La stanza spaziosa e arieggiata. La colazione si effettua nel ristorante "Sette", attaccato all'hotel ed al quale si accede direttamente dalla reception, senza dover uscire; il cappuccino è buono, c'è una buona selezione per quanto riguarda il salato, sul dolce leggermente meno; in ogni caso abbiamo trovato sempre brioches, marmellata, crepes da riempire e due tortine tipo pan di Spagna. Nello stesso ristorante (che offre cucina italiana/napoletana) abbiamo anche cenato con la pizza... che dire, sorprendente quanto si avvicini a quella nostrana! In conclusione, hotel assolutamente da consigliare!

I stayed at Hotel 32 for 10 days in April It was very nice. I had the deluxe room on the 4th floor. The room was very nice and clean. I could hear the bell from Wawel Castle! Great location! Walking distance to Old Town and the Castle. So close to the Vistula. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice. A good variety of quality food. When I go back to Krakow, I will stay here if I can get a room. Thanks Hotel 32 for making my stay in Krakow wonderful.

Pas mal mais pas nécessairement un hôtel plutôt un auberge. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Salle de bain une touche trop petite mais assez convenable. Emplacement correct juste au bord de la vielle ville. Malheureusement une manque de volonté de la part de quelques employés d’allez au bout pour le client.

An excellent hotel The deluxe room with balcony was very spacious the room bathroom and balcony were a good size Very clean all around The reception staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast also good lovely coffee 😀 Location was good just by the river and the castle and only 10 minutes walk from the main square

The property had works going on outside, which we didn’t know about when booking but the hotel was convenient altho a little tired. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was bakeries, cafes and a supermarket in the area around the hotel. It was very easy to walk to a lot of the sites and the Xmas market

Nice hotel in centre of Krakow. The style is good and confortable. Clean and nice The service from the personell is exelent.

Property has great location, short walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Room is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The standard room has all the necessities but is very compact. Hotel staff is very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, Zwierzyniecka Street is under construction, so there is mud and puddles everywhere, plus some construction noise during daytime.

There was a mix up with my flight back to the UK after a 4 day trip and I had to book Hotel 32 last minute. Wish I had known about this place and stayed here the full 5 days. Back in Kraków in December and will definitely book this place again if the prices remain as good.

Just returned from 4 Nights. We wanted somewhere close to the nightlife but not in the middle of it, Hotel 32 was perfect. Room was clean and big enough, about a 10 minute walk to the old Town. Quiet at night, both inside and the area in General. Helpful reception staff who happily organised Taxis for us. All in all an excellent experience

Just checked out from a wonderful 3 night stay here in Krakow. Hotel 32 is a little gem! Room 27 was cosy, clean, and well furnished with a fab coffee maker! Only downside is it was a lot smaller than I was expecting however not an issue. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, I saw a lot of the young lady with red hair but I didn’t get her name please say thank you from me! Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it. It’s a 2 min walk from the river and a 5 min walk from the castle, maybe around a 10-15 min walk into the old square depending how quick you walk. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc nearby and it felt extremely safe walking around on my own after dark. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone looking to do a city break in Krakow! Can’t wait to return :)

It was a nice hotel! Everything was very close. Also the public transportation system is very close as well.
