We stayed here for only 2 nights as the place we had already booked was full and we arrived at Railay beach earlier then expected. Be prepared to walk up about 120 steps to reach the the reception and even more to get to the rooms (steps are very steep and old) There is also no lift for luggage ect. The staff were very friendly when we arrived.
The view from a room was amazing however the bathroom was very small with lots of cockroaches and basically had to sit on the toilet to shower.

Got the expensive room to rest for a while but had an interesting experience when I booked online in the morning and the staff came to move me to a smaller room because they were double booked. I was confirmed and paid, already in the room. So a little odd but just moved to another hotel.
It was a gorgeous room though, great view from the mountain view room once you get up the long stairs to the top of the hill, just make sure you call the hotel to use the luggage train if you have heavy bags.

登記入住有點複雜，浴缸有點奇怪，但酒店的景色令人難以置信，目前我們沒有看到他們提供餐飲服務，但我們很享受，穩定的互聯網足以工作，它在在頂部，您可以欣賞海灘和舒適的床

We arrived to the pier at the designated time for pickup for the 4 islands tour we had booked with this company… waited an hour… no boat. The lovely wait in the tropical rain was one way to wake up. We went back to the booking office to find the lady in the booking office had told the tour company the wrong information, and other people had got on in our place. Full refund (good) but no alternatives or compensation (we don’t have long and booked an extra day on Railay to do this). The person in front of us in the queue was complaining that the accommodation he had booked with the same company had leaked and soaked all of their clothes and them overnight. Overall, would 100% recommend to anyone who enjoys wasting time and money xx

Mijn vriend en ik hebben erg genoten van deze 'jungle cabin'! Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom de beoordelingen zo negatief zijn, maar het is wel belangrijk om verwachtingen bij te stellen denk ik. Railay is ten opzichte van de rest van Thailand best duur, en dit is voor Railay dus echt een 'budget' optie. Als je voor deze accommodatie kiest, kies je dus voor budget. Als je voor een 'hilltop' hotel kiest, dan weet je ook dat je trappen kunt verwachten ;-). We hadden een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. De kamer is basic, maar met goed werkende airco en alles was mooi schoon. De douche was inderdaad boven het toilet, maar dat is vaker zo in budget accommodaties in Thailand en wat ons betreft geen ramp. Beetje avontuurlijk toch! We hebben het super gehad, fijn dat het hotel ook boven 'the last bar' zit, goed restaurant zit daarbij, en dichtbij Spider climbing. Ik zou hier gewoon terugkeren!

Room and view seemed really nice. Steps are pretty steep and it is quite a trek but the staff were friendly and met us from the pier to help with bags. The reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because we were awoken at 1am to loud noises to find a RAT in our room and rat droppings all over near our bags and in the bathroom. The whole row of rooms had rats in and we all had to be moved room at 2am. Our second room was OK but a complete downgrade and was really dingy, the other couple told us there were rat droppings all over their second room on the bed etc so they left to find another hotel in the middle of the night. We left early the next morning and the staff still tried to charge us for the room despite the fact we showed them the rat droppings on our bags. We refused to pay and we didn’t even get so much as an apology. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it’s cheap but not worth it
