Neat and clean room. Luxurious feel inside. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Only demerits swimming pool is closed after 6pm

Front office is hopeless. Actually my train time was at 4. 30. She forced me by calling over phone in every 5 minutes for check out. She rang me for 7 or 8 times. I requested for late check out for one or two hours by paying extra. She started calling by 11 am onwards. I checked out by 12. 10

Staffs are polite and pleasant. But the service was poor. Provided 1 liter water at room and asked for more was rejected and said its chargeable. Felt, it’s an absurd rule for a 4 star hotel.

Very bad hotel. Don't book this hotel based on the reviews. The room service was so bad. We booked deluxe and suite room. And in deluxe room the ac was not working and we called the reception so many times then only they checked the ac and after a long time they allotted one room for us. There was no trolley to carry our languages. And we didn't free breakfast for this booking. Normally every hotel will provide free breakfast but this hotel didn't. So bad experience.

Cool hotel. The service was lovely. Cleanliness was excellent. Washroom was well equipped and clean. Overall, sleeping there is just like sleeping at home. So comfortable to sleep in that room. Also quiet surrounding. Good place for family and couples alike. Available parking facility with full time security. Not to mention the cleanliness, it was awesome. Also, they maintain it in a very good way. They run the hotel in a good way with good cleanliness not only in the room but also outside the room. I would give them 100% marks for cleanliness. Respectful behavior is the great quality of everyone there. I suggest yash international hotel for family and couples.
