I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

Grand Plaza Suites is a corporate-style property conveniently situated on the main street, just a short distance from the beach. With numerous local eateries nearby, the clean and comfortable rooms ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is satisfactory, adding to the overall positive experience.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was really big. The USP of this hotel is it's location. It's located very close to the bus stand, railway station, calicut beach, SM street. The staff is polite and courteous. We were not happy with the linens they had put so when asked to change they didn't hesitate and quickly changed them. The breakfast buffet had South Indian dishes, tea, coffee bread, butter, juice etc It was also very good. Perfect place to stay with family or friends..

We had booked 4 rooms here for one night. The hotel is not easily identifiable what with it being next to crowded shops attached to either side. No parking space. Our vehicle was parked in the next lane. Rooms were average, beaten down furniture not polished for years together. The curtains looked as if they haven't been washed or replaced from the time the hotel was established. The lift is accessible only from the 1st floor, so senior citizens or people with health issues would definitely have a difficult time. No view to talk about, better don't try looking out of the window. Advantages, its is in the centre of the town, so if you are visiting for sight seeing, most of the beaches and fort is close by. Good restaurant next door who delivers room service and good food. I would recommend this only if you are not going to be in the room whole day except for night sleep and the proximity to various landmarks in the city.

It's a decent budget Hotel near to the Calicut Beach. All the famous restaurants of Calicut within 1km radius. Even though this place doesn't have own Restaurant, there is lot of options within few steps away. Overall nice stay. Recommended for short transit stay.

My family was on a short visit to calicut and needed a stay for a night. This is a neatly maintained facility in town with easy access to all major points. Very close to the famous Paragon hotel which will satisfy your food requirements. Hotel rahmath for beef biriyani is nearby. Beach is at a walkable distance. Staffs are very cooperative. Toilets are neat and clean. Though a small premises, highly recommended for a relatively budget stay at Calicut
