克里夫蘭瑟莫汽車旅館(Cleveland Thermal Motel)

On arrival we were greeted by a very lovely lady in reception. Sadly we weren’t happy with our room. First impression as we walked in there was a very badly stained carpet, then went into the kitchen to a hot tap constantly dripping, really badly stained coffee cups, dirty old used scourer and kitchen brush. The shower had mould on the wall and toilet stained. We had a few small cockroaches crawling through the room and there was no servicing of the room over the weekend which we were not informed about. It’s not a place we would want to stay in again. Allan & Doreen Allan

Bridge was very helpful. recommended many attractions and offered discount vouchers to us. I especially like the Themal bath. Used it twice a day.

We came down for the Rotorua half and loved this place so much we will stay again next year!! Owners were so friendly and lovely the facilities were well kept and very quiet even though it was close to the road couldn’t hear cars. Highly recommend clean and lovely. Thank you

The apartment was not cleaned at all!! We started by washing and cleaning the kitchen! After a coupla of days we found a huge dog bone behind the couch plus dog pellets on the floor under the sofa. Be aware, no cleaning is included here and you have to empty your bin yourself! Def not worth the money!! Stay another place if possible. Maybe even reconsider Rotorua! You can easily see Rotorua but stay in Taupo wich is 10 times better!!

I stayed with my children - the location cannot be beaten with town and tourist attractions close. The units are warm and the bathrooms / kitchen modern and clean/ The beds are comfortable. We liked the fact the grounds are large so there were no problems with road noise. The pool was used by my children every day. The units are small but as a base you don't need large . We would return !

We absolutely loved our stay in the Cottage. So comfortable, charming & well appointed. Great facilities with the lovely pool, hot springs and play area for the kids. The hospitality was fantastic - would highly recommend.
