The location is very good on the highway, easy to locate and reasonably easy to enter and exit. As regards to food, we only had breakfast. The food was average nothing great, with the buffet spread was limited, the refill was hard to come by. Housekeeping and room services were good, fast and prompt. Maintenance within the room, especially the washroom could be better. Though overall our experience was good

It was nice and exotic location. Good room and site. Approach road is very bad shape. Hotel staff need to trained for skill level up to a star rated resort. No cafeteria, and lack of buffet is shortcomings though we can understand due to less occupancy. Hotel need more guest friendly approach while less occupancy. Other facilities are good. But not in proper maintenance. Good location and exotic sight seeing.

The property and location are great. It is well maintained and aesthetic. The tree house was a lovely and unique experience. However, there were guests walking around the cottage area to click pictures and look around the tree house, which should have been restricted strictly to maintain the privacy of the stay. Also, at night, we heard an animal scrape the flooring of our tree house. It was slightly disturbing to us but if you are cool with the complete nature experience, then it shouldnt be a problem. Also, we had to call the reception 2-3 times to ask for water in the washroom, but they swiftly turned on the motor. Also, geyser wasn't working

A serene retreat with the kumarakom Lake area. The resort has very attentive staff and there's quite a bit to do and explore within the resort. The bungalows are really authentic to the traditional Keralite style. They come with an open to sky bathroom that makes the showering experience amazingly refreshing! Definitely would recommend!!
