We visited Hotel Majestic café today with high hopes of enjoying some refreshing ice coffees and deserts. However, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff seemed disinterested and their service was quite rude. Not only did they bring our orders incorrectly (which can happen since we are all human) , but they also didn’t pay attention to our requests or even acknowledge us properly. When we tried to address the issue, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Such behavior left a sour taste in our mouths and significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable visit. It’s disappointing when a place that promises a relaxing experience fails to deliver even basic courtesy. When we tried to complain they laughed. Ignorance must be a bliss . I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their service.
