我為什麼預訂這家飯店？ 因為它的位置，所以顯示3⭐️⭐️⭐️ 我相信這些照片，這和我太不一樣了！ 我總是在預訂房間之前閱讀評論，但我完全忘記了。我繼續預訂！ 距離機場僅10分鐘車程（這裡那裡很少塞車） 在飯店前下車。 1.前台服務一般般。工作人員不在那裡，我必須在她出來之前按下門鈴。 2.她檢查了我的預訂並花了不到10分鐘就收取了RM50押金（用於門卡） 3. 給了我們兩張卡片後，她告訴我們前往下一個大樓，前往 B 區，然後搭電梯到五樓。 4.我們走到隔壁大樓尋找電梯。終於找到看起來很詭異的電梯了。我們升到了五級。到達5樓後，我們需要使用門卡進入“鏡門”，才能通過走道到達我們的房間。 5. 我們的房間位於走道的盡頭。 一打開門，我們就失望了！ 6. 房間、窗戶、設施在光天化日之下看起來很可怕。我不敢打開廁所門。 7. 趕緊下去結帳。前台告訴我們不會退款（我們沒想到）還問我們是否要換房間。我們只是拒絕這個提議。 房間超舊。我無法想像晚上在那樣的環境下回來。我一點也不安全。

My recent experience at Celyn Hotel in Kota Kinabalu was unfortunately disappointing. Although I understand it’s a budget hotel, basic standards of cleanliness should still be upheld. When I checked into my room, it felt like it had been used without proper cleaning. There were visible signs of neglect, and to my dismay, I even encountered a cockroach in the room. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, regardless of the hotel’s price range, and this is an area where Celyn Hotel really needs to improve. Guests deserve a clean and comfortable environment, and it's clear that attention to these details was lacking during my stay. On a positive note, I want to give a shout-out to the Trip.com agent who handled my concerns quickly and professionally. They were very helpful in resolving the matter and made sure that I felt taken care of, which somewhat improved an otherwise negative experience. In summary, while Celyn Hotel offers budget accommodation, they seriously need to step up their housekeeping efforts. For future guests, I hope the management takes these reviews into consideration and makes cleanliness a priority.

Hotel a bit old. Location wise is good. Restaurants nearby. A bit noisy at night.
