注意⚠️有老鼠！隔音差！千萬不要選這間酒店 1. 隔音非常差，路邊的每一台經過的車輛都能聽到非常清楚，半夜還有飛機起降 2.環境衛生髒亂，有*老鼠*在房間內 3.門禁系統故障，沒有安全隔離外面的路人，有其他非住客蹲在走廊充電玩手機 4.櫃檯服務人員處理問題態度強硬，起初申請不願意退款，也沒有空房安排，叫兩個人換去單人房，經過多次投訴平台有老鼠及證據明確 Warning! Mouse in room and Poor Soundproofing! Absolutely Do NOT Choose This Hotel! * Extremely Poor Soundproofing: You can clearly hear every single vehicle passing by on the street, and there are even planes taking off and landing in the middle of the night. * Dirty and Unhygienic Environment: There were rodents in the room. * Faulty Access Control System: The security system was broken, providing no secure isolation from people outside. There were non-guests loitering in the hallway, charging their phones. * Rigid Front Desk Service: The front desk staff had a harsh attitude when addressing issues. Initially, they refused a refund and claimed there were no other rooms available, suggesting two people move to a single room. It took multiple complaints to the platform, with clear evidence of rodents, to finally get the situation resolved.

Flypod Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean and suitable for a short stay. Staff were friendly, and the hotel offers good value for money.
