The hotel google map took us to another hotel Surya Plaza, re-routed then to the actual hotel booking. Service level was good, staff was polite and helpful. One of the room had stinking smell of cigarettes probably courtesy the previous guests. Geysers were not effective. Breakfast was not laid out, it was against order with few specific options. Rest all good.

early check inn is chargeble eventhough room s are available. breakfast is good. staff approach is good. but bad smell from bathroom. leakage in flush.

The stay was good house keeping services were quick and good however for breakfast they always rush before their stipulated time i. E. 10:30
you will get call that they have to windup the breakfast at 10 otherwise it was a nice stay note : please ignore the attached photos they are not related to hotel. It was required to add photos with reviews that why i ahve added random photos

The hotel is stinky. Smells like rats. The staff is also not very professional. I don’t know how it is considered as mm t preferred stay. The hotel need to do a deep cleaning once

Stay was truly comfortable with great attention! location is in mid of city so convincing location. Food was delicious with multiple variety. Staff was courteous to help you. Only thing which was missing is midnight meal. If you are reaching post 11 pm. Arrange your food your own.

Well located in the heart of kota city but the infrastructure is very poorly maintained. The ac was not working properly bed sheets and blankets smelling and bathrooms essentials work of very bad quality. I had stayed in this property years ago and had the same image but god disappointed.
