房間衞生很一般，比較老舊。相對來説早餐比較有驚喜，整個城市很小，從酒店去哪兒都比較方便。

太差了，沒有窗户，沒信號，設施舊，床品藏，性價比極低，招待所水平。

這裏很方便，什麼都有，早餐食物也不錯，服務人員也很好，會主動幫你提東西，有很多電摩，頭髮店啥都有，下次還會選擇在這裏住，總而言之就方便，離機場也很靠近，總而言之就是很滿意這裏，服務員也很有禮貌

酒店門口可免費停車，房間有冰箱，早餐在顶楼，有沙拉，中式粥和咖哩雞，饭，麵包咖啡橙汁，可看到全市风景。

Affordable priced, comfortable, strategic location and good quality of breakfast.

Love this hotel service very much. Although the amenities provided are not really complete as there is no swimming pool, this hotel served the guest very well. The staffs are well polite, great us whenever see us. Thumbs up to their roof garden buffet breakfast. Enjoy the yummy and variety choice food beside the scenery view. The scramble egg and mash potato are the best among all the food provided. The check out procedure was super fast. Will stay in Crystal Lodge if I visit Kelantan in the future.

Bilik Luas. Bilik dan bilik air luas dan bersih. Sarapan okey. Ada pilihan makanan walaupun tak banyak sangat. Cuma aircond tak de remote. Adjuster aircond same tinggi dgn aircond xle nak ubah suhu. Keseluruhan adalah bagus.

Some staffs are friendly. Chef is good. Breakfast is so worth it. Got upgrades to better room because our initial room was not cleaned properly

工作人員很有禮貌並且訓練有素。我們在他們的七樓屋頂享用自助早餐。在這裡可以欣賞到城市的全景。早餐包括當地美食和西式香腸烤豆和吐司。適合每個人的東西。 我們的雙床房間足夠寬敞，提供茶水服務、保險箱和迷你冰箱。

非常好的酒店......有很多菜單我們可以在早餐時選擇......
