馬雅海灘島嶼度假村

Największym atutem hotelu (i chyba jedynym) jest jego położenie. Praktycznie na plaży, niecałe 100m od tętniącego życiem miasta. Pokoje ok dla mało wymagających. Jednak WiFi praktycznie nie istnieje, woda pod prysznicem letnia jedynie rano, wieczorem kąpiel w zimnej (cały czas pobytu). Zdarzał się brak wody w ogóle co skutkowało brakiem napojów w barze czy podczas obiadu. Jedzenie ciągle takie same i stanie w kolejce, żeby coś zjeść. All Inclusive w barze marny. Braki alkoholi czy drinków. Leżaki płatne... 10 EUR... Cena taka sama jak na publicznej, szerokiej pięknej plaży z wygodnymi leżakami z materacem. Niech będą płatne, ale dla gości hotelu powinny być darmowe lub trochę tańsze. Obsługa do południa beznadziejna jakby pracowali za karę. I dochodzimy do kogoś kto umilał i wynagradzał nam niedogodności. Popołudniową zmianę w barze miała przemiła Lilly. Zawsze pomocna, miła, porozmawiała, starała się tłumaczyć dlaczego coś jest nie tak (choć to nie jej wina). Potrafiliśmy się razem pośmiać i po dłuższym pobycie rozumieliśmy się bez słów. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że jest niedoceniana... Fajnie byłoby gdyby szefostwo hotelu zwróciło uwagę na takich wartościowych pracowników.

Ich bin entsetzt über das Niveau des Essens. So etwas habe ich in Griechenland noch nie gesehen. Die Würstchen in einer Rolle, gebackene Nudeln mit Würstchen, sogar HotDog. Im Angebot waren auch Chickensticks und Chicken Wings enthalten. Einmal ein Fisch - Pangasius!! Absoluter Mangel an Gemüse und Obst. Obwohl ich den Vorfall gleich zu Beginn meines Aufenthaltes sowohl an der Hotelrezeption als auch an der Küchenleitung gemeldet habe, änderte sich nichts. Ich reise schon seit mehreren Jahrzehnten nach Griechenland, habe aber noch nie ein so katastrophales Essensangebot gesehen.

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Strand mit kleinen und großen Steinen, das Essen ist super lecker und das Personal auffallend herzlich! 🩵🩷🩵☀️😎🏖️🇬🇷☀️🩵🩷🩵 Die kleine City ist direkt nebenan, dennoch ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Es spielt immer angenehme Musik im Hintergrund und das schmeckt, der Ouzo auch 😋😎

Das Hauptgebäude scheint okay zu sein und schöne renovierte Zimmer zu haben. Dieses wird belegt mit Polen, da die Inhaberin Polin ist. So wurde uns das gesagt Alle anderen werden im total heruntergekommenen, sehr stark renovierungsbedürftigem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Personal ist relativ freundlich. Der Service lässt aber zu wünschen übrig. Strandliegen kosten 10 € pro Tag, ohne Handtuch. Das Essen ist nicht landestypisch, wie es im Internet steht. Essen und auch Getränke entsprechen minderwärtigszer Qualität. Gut, dass es viele Restain der Nähe gab.Wäre Die Nummer unserer Reiseleitung nicht ungültig gewesen, hätten wir auf einen Wechsel des Hotels bestanden. So verbrachten wir eine unschöne Woche!!!! Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Es ist überhaupt NICHT zu empfehlen!!!!!

Visiting Kardamena on a short business trip and found the rudeness of the receptionist when trying to book a room on another level. To acknowledge myself from the start would have been appreciated.Not something I've come accustomed to on my travels through Greece through business and family holidays, Found first class treatment at Agiri hotels close by .

The rooms were cleaned daily and very thoroughly – towels, bed linen, and toilet paper were replaced regularly. The air conditioning worked perfectly. A big downside was the lack of water on the 3rd floor in the afternoons – especially inconvenient when coming back from the beach. The view of the port from the room was a big plus. The hotel and dining area were clean. Staff: The Greek reception staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the Polish woman working at reception was very unpleasant and unfriendly. The kitchen staff, waiters, and bartenders were all wonderful and very polite. Food: Quite poor overall. Breakfasts were monotonous (mainly hard-boiled eggs, sausages, toast with a cheese-like spread, no fresh fruit or vegetables). Cold cuts and cheeses were inedible. Lunches and dinners were repetitive – mostly overcooked chicken in various sauces. Soups were fine, desserts average. Snacks between meals were just reheated leftovers from breakfast. Beach: Close by and sandy, but the seabed is full of rocks – water shoes are a must. Sunbeds on the beach were for an extra fee, which was disappointing. They should be included for hotel guests. Too few sunbeds by the pool – people rushed to reserve them as soon as it opened. The pool itself was hardly usable – way too much chlorine, which caused skin irritation that required treatment. Summary: The hotel is clean and most of the staff are very nice (except for the Polish receptionist). However, the food and overall comfort, especially the pool, need serious improvement. We won’t be coming back.
