What an amazing place to stay in Kardamena. It's a traditional self-catering Greek style apartment hotel with lovely big rooms Which are cleaned and maintained regularly by lovely staff. The Elga is situated close to town approximately 5 or 6 minutes from the harbour and seafront where all the bars and restaurants are located. The daytime staff in the pool bar very friendly and accommodating as are the reception staff in the daytime and night time. Throughout our holiday nothing has seemed too much for the team at the Elga to try and help with. The hotel as has aircon which is chargeable and safes which are also chargeable. The pool area is lovely and clean and it's big, plenty of sunbeds for everyone and it has a little kids pool and the main pool. Everyone working at the Elga, including Petros, Leah, Stella, Adam, and the other staff members are fantastic and very friendly and helped to make our holiday a fabulous one. I would 100% stay at the Elga again. However, next time I will approach them direct and not go through the travel agent.

elga is a family run apartment hotel..the rooms are basic but are cleaned every day..the pool area is lovely with a decent priced snack bar...there is a 24hr bar and it is only about 3min walk to the main square..we have stayed here a few times and will definately be returning.

Another yet again fabulous hotel and stay at Elga.cant get enough of the pool.we was caught up in the wild fire and the owners went above and beyond the call of duty in this unfortunate time.cant wait to come back with more family in September.see u soon

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond for all there guests. Cleaners are very trustworthy and leave the rooms spotless. Beds are very comfy and the rooms are a really good size. The pool area is clean and lovely place to relax and unwind. This is our second time staying here, this time for 75 days and everyday has been amazing, the family and staff here have definitely made our stay enjoyable. They have also made it possible to fly our family out, without them we wouldn’t have been able to. Thank you so much to everyone who works at the elga hotel

Basic hotel with reasonably sized rooms/beds the shower is absolutely dreadful and you end up with a bathroom floor full of water because they are that small. Well staying at this hotel we experienced an extremely rude receptionist (female) after being robbed from on day 2 and reporting it she was not interested and basically said it’s our own fault fast forward to day 5 we are robbed again this time of AirPods and again the lady is rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge our complaint and denied her or her staff any involvement until they heard we had gone to the local authority and the AirPods reappeared in our room. (Police have location AirPods was taken too) upon checking out she didn’t say a word just looked us up and down. Theft is wrong all together but stealing from a room you know a child is staying in is beyond low and especially my hard earned money!!!
