Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called "blind snakes") We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Een charmant resort met gerenoveerde kamers en bungalows. Wij hadden een bungalow Casa Bianca maar kregen een upgrade naar Casa Paradiso met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en 2 mooie terrassen met uitzicht op de tuin en duinen. Elke dag schoonmaak en om de dag schone bedden. Goed werkende airco’s. Niet gehorig. Het zwembad bij de zee is gezellig druk met een cocktailbar met veel keuze en goede merken. Het streetfood vers en lekker. Van snacks tot sandwiches, fruit en yoghurt. Lekker schepijs van Ola. Ook het drinken is van de a-merken. Mooi zwembad met in de middag animatie. Een doodlopend klein straatje oversteken en je bent in de duinen bij de zee. Altijd bedjes kunnen krijgen. Er is in de avond een a la carte restaurant bij het zwembad waar je sfeervol en goed kunt eten. 1x per week bij all in. Een mooie tuin waar groenten en fruit wordt verbouwd en wat ze zeer goed onderhouden! De kidsclub zag ik een keer wat groenten plukken voor het restaurant en ook watermeloen en dat gingen ze gelijk ook proeven. Het hoofdrestaurant is bij het iets hoger gelegen zwembad waardoor je uitkijkt op zee. Een uitgebreid en lekker gevarieerd ontbijt met live cooking. In de avond ook, wordt er ook verse pasta bereidt en ook iedere keer een mooi vers toetje gemaakt. Goede koffie en onbeperkt frisdrank de hele dag. Ook bij de hoofdgebouw is een cocktailbar en in de avond is het daar gezellig druk. Drankjes tot 00.00 uur. Er is een bushalte naast de uitgang bij zee, die naar Kos stad gaat overdag en in de avond. Laatste bus gaat om 23.00 uur terug. Goed geregeld, bus met airco voor bijna €5 retour p.p. Pooltafels, voetbal, basketbal en vast nog wel meer mogelijk in de avond. Er zijn kleine kinderen maar ook tieners en geen last gehad van schreeuwende of rennende kinderen. Goede wifi. Bij het strand niet. Zeer vriendelijk en aardig personeel. Goede sfeer. Veel Duitse en Engelse gasten. Geen minpunten ontdekt. Hier kun je van een relaxte vakantie genieten met het hele gezin.

Hotel ben organizzato, personale molto cordiale. Noi eravamo nel bungalow con terrazzo lato giardino, camera pulita, l'unica pecca che posso dire è il 3° letto scomodo. Sono rimasta colpita nel vedere che nel giardino al posto dei fiori sono state piantate le piante da orto ( pomodori, cocomeri,zucchine ecc..). Giardino ben tenuto e curato.

Bâtiment principale de 2 étages et bungalows allant jusqu'à la plage,2 piscines contemporaines+une avec toboggans +1 pour enfants. Complexe entouré de jardin et potager, légumes et fruits dégustés au restaurant où les plats sont très variés, bouteilles de vin dans les frigos,les cocktails préparés avec produits de marques. Notre chambre dans bâtiment principale vue mer beaucoup de rangements, salle de bain impeccable,ménage et changement de serviettes chaque jour. Tout est très propre et tout le personnel sympa et serviable. Spectacle le soir de magie, de danseurs avec le feu ...les enfants adorent . On a loué une voiture et visité l'île et aussi une journée en bateau à la découverte de 3 îles. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Cos.

**飯店**：飯店乾淨寬敞，地理位置優越，位於陸地和海洋之間。馬路對面幾公尺遠的地方就有公車站。通過前台也很方便打車。飯店距離機場約20分鐘車程。 **員工**：前台工作人員非常友善、樂於助人、熱情周到且反應迅速。服務生和調酒師都很棒：熱情友善、服務快速、令人愉快。客房清潔人員的服務略遜一籌，但整體來說還不錯。我有點懷疑我們房間的地板是否每天都打掃，因為經過一天的旅行，我們回來時地板上全是沙子。我們忘了一些浴巾，但很快就修好了。 **泳池**：泳池維護良好，乾淨整潔。有足夠的日光浴床供每個人使用。滑梯也很有趣！ **餐飲**：自助餐非常棒；我很喜歡菜色的品質和種類。葡萄酒也非常棒。 **小吃**：下午有可麗餅、冰淇淋、披薩、捲餅和漢堡供應，真是太棒了。 **雞尾酒**：雞尾酒不錯，可惜檸檬味的太多了。 **海灘**：海灘非常漂亮乾淨。 **娛樂**：晚間娛樂活動很棒，雖然結束得有點早，但沒什麼大不了的。海灘酒吧晚上6點就關門了，有點可惜。我們非常喜歡這家飯店，飯店也自己種植水果和蔬菜。我們強烈推薦這家飯店，一定會把它列入我們的清單！

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet und es gibt einige sehr nette Angestellte. Strand und Anlage sind gut für Kinder geeignet. Ansonsten waren wir vom Hotel allerdings negativ überrascht. Wir wurden in ein falsches Zimmer gebucht, das nicht unserer Buchungskategorie und nicht dem entsprach, was wir bezahlt hatten. Das wurde erst mal gar nicht kommuniziert, sondern einfach die Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt, als hätte alles seine Ordnung. Auf meine Nachfrage, dass ich doch eine andere Kategorie gebucht habe, wurde erst mal keine Lösung angeboten und als ich nach längerem Hin und Her am 2. Tag des Aufenthaltes das tatsächlich gebuchte Zimmer bekam, gab es keinerlei Entschädigung oder Ausgleich dafür. Im Gegentiel, ich hatte viel Mühe mich darum zu kümmern, meine Buchung erfüllt zu bekommen. Auf der Webseite erscheint es so, als gäbe es zwei a la carte Restaurants, die man jederzeit aufsuchen kann. Tatsächlich gibt es nur eines, für das es sehr schwer und umständlich ist eine Reservierung zu bekommen und in dem es dann immer die gleiche Menü-Karte gibt, von der gar nicht alles verfügbar ist. Zudem ist es dort meist sehr windig, weil es nicht windgeschützt liegt und nicht für Wind-Schutz gesorgt wird. Das Ambiente im Buffet Restaurant ist nicht schön. Es ist laut, eng und hektisch. Es gibt nicht mal einen Service für Getränke, es gibt keine Lichter in dunkleren Bereichen, in denen man Abendessen kann (bzw. muss, wenn alles andere voll ist). Wir haben uns mit unseren Handys selber eine Beleuchtung gebastelt. Ein Late CheckOut kann erst am Abreise-Tag selber, sehr kurz vor dem vorgegebenen CheckOut bestätigt oder abgelehnt werden. Das ist vollkommen sinnlos. Trotz 3 maliger vorheriger Nachfrage war kein Flughafen Transfer für uns bestellt. In der Beach Bar fliegt überall Müll herum, weil Pappbecher und Papierverpackungen ausgeteilt werden. Hat keinen Stil und wirkt Umwelt-schädlich. Der Service an den Bars ist sehr unterschiedlich, man muss teilweise sehr lange anstehen. Das Ambiente an den Bars ist auch überschaubar. Die Soft-DRinks kommen aus den üblichen Getränkespendern und schmecken in der Regel schlecht, weil zu wenig Kohlensäure oder sonstige falsche Einstellungen in der Mischung. Auch die Wasserspender liefern ein sehr bescheiden schmeckendes Wasser. Cocktails und Drinks werden zum größten Teil aus Billig-Getränke-Marken hergestellt. Für Vegetarier bieten Sie viel zu wenig/ kaum Auswahl an. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir hätten für den gehobenen Preis und von der Grecotel-Marke einen deutlich höheren Service- und Ambiente-Standard erwartet.

Oude kamers, matig eten, badmeester die gek is en zeer grote mond ook tegen kinderen. Douche die wisselt van ijskoud naar kokend heet frisdrank automaten die het vaak niet doen of leeg zijn. Er is een dresscode tijdens het eten in de avond maar de helft loopt gewoon in zwembroek ,tanktop en slippers niemand zegt er wat van 4 ster is 2 ster . Nooit meer wat een bende!

我們一家人帶著一個兩歲的孩子入住了這家酒店，但整體體驗非常令人失望。抵達後，我們被安排在一間339號房間，房間的視野只能看到一面牆。房間內絕對有一種被限制的感覺。晚上組織的表演太吵了，根本無法休息——帶著小孩去的話，這簡直無法接受。此外，食物味道也非常糟糕，似乎只針對德國顧客。無論是在食物還是娛樂方面，飯店都明顯沒有考慮到法語使用者（尤其是法國人和比利時人）。餐廳員工仍然是唯一的亮點：樂於助人，而且專業。另一方面，飯店領班態度冷淡，缺乏熱情，點菜餐廳的訂房系統也顯得非常不公平。最後，儘管我們一開始就要求換房，但直到三天後才得到解決方案，這充分錶明酒店對顧客的考慮非常匱乏。我們是格雷科泰爾酒店的常客，但很遺憾，這是最後一次了。非常令人失望。

Nous sommes venus à 5 2 enfants 3 adultes Les petits 1 chambre avec fourmis, nous 2 adultes une chambre pour 1 personne alors qu'il y a des failles de 4 avec 8 lits ! Sale, partout, ne changent pas les verres ni les serviettes en chambre , vraiment nul A éviter absolument

Hotel w porządku, ale liczyłam na coś więcej. Plusy: dobre jedzenie (+ owoce morza), oryginalne alkohole( duży wybór drinków), trzy baseny, wystarczająco miejsca na leżakach, bardzo ładna plaża przy hotelu z darmowymi leżakami, animacje dla dzieci co wieczór ( chociaż przez cały tydzień to samo), miła obsługa, pokoje minimalistyczne ale czyste ( mówię akurat o bungalowach) blisko do centrum Marmari, pomimo wymeldowania o 11 to była możliwość wzięcia prysznicu popołudniu i przygotowania się na lot powrotny. Minusy: w łazience przez cały tydzień lała się woda na podłogę (nie wiadomo skąd), pani sprzątająca zostawiła brudny i mokry ręcznik na podłodze, lodówka w pokoju nie działała, dostaliśmy pokój w bungalowie, a nie w odnowionej części w budynku głównym jak powinniśmy, animacji dla dorosłych praktycznie w ciągu tygodnia nie było( słaba rozrywka, stawiali przede wszystkim na dzieci) plac zabaw dla dzieci bardzo słabo wyposażony, baseny nie podgrzewane( woda zimna, szczególnie dla dzieci) gdy padał deszcz animacje dla dzieci były przeniesione przy barze i stolikach w restauracji gdzie wszyscy ledwo się zmieścili ( powinni mieć przygotowane w takich sytuacjach miejsce w hotelu czy jakąkolwiek sale) barmanka po zamówieniu drinka bezalkoholowego potrafiła nalać alkoholu( co jest nie dopuszczalne dla kobiety np. w ciąży) bardzo duże kolejki przy basenie po naleśniki ( + była to jedna kolejka do lodów i naleśnikowy).

Das Hotel hat eine nette Anlage bestehend aus kleinen Appartement-Häusern und einem Hotelkomplex, in der man sich mit Kindern entspannt eine Woche aufhalten kann, ohne etwas zu vermissen. Das Gebäude hat etwas an Substanz verloren. Bspw. wirken die Aufzüge sehr wartungsfällig und der Fitness-Raum ist etwas traurig. Dennoch ist die Anlage tipptopp gepflegt. Ebenso positiv ist das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite , aber nicht zu übergreifende Personal. Das war klasse. Das Essen war sehr umfangreich, ausgewogen in der Auswahl und sehr frisch. Geschmeckt hat es uns auch sehr. Entertainment gibt es en masse. Unter dem Strich ist es super geeignet für Familien, die es nett und gepflegt mit guter Qualität, aber nicht protzig oder mögen oder sich nach echter High Society fühlen wollen. Ein wenig „White Lotus“-Feeling hatten wir dennoch ;)

. L'endroit est idéal si vous souhaitez prendre des vacances avec les enfants, mais dans notre cas en couple, Cela manque un peu d'intimité et de romantisme. Cependant nous avons apprécié la qualité des infrastructures, de la nourriture proposée, de la sympathie du staff, et de la magnifique plage.

Première fois pour nous dans un hôtel de la chaîne Grecotel. Le service est impeccable, le personnel est franchement serviable et poli. Le domaine fait penser à un village grec très agréable avec un potager géant, qui vous apporte des odeurs très agréables dans le domaine. Au point de vue restauration, il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix mais la nourriture est excellente ! Nous avons apprécié les frigos à vin. Tout est assez bien entretenu, et les animations sont assez correctes (un grand bravo pour le jeune animateur italien). Les maîtres nageurs sont bienveillants et franchement sympathiques. Les chambres sont correctes et plutôt bien insonorisées et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Toutefois il y a des choses a améliorer : - une zone Adulte Only car même si c’est un hôtel familial, il manque cruellement une zone réservé aux adultes comme dans beaucoup d’autres hôtels. Il y a énormément d’enfants en haute saison. - l’espace jardin près de la plage est à revoir. Cela ressemble à un campement militaire avec des transats très inconfortables. - des parasols que l’on peut bouger et plus de transats. - le système de clé des chambres et du coffre-fort est très rétro et encombrants ! Pourquoi ne pas passer à l’électronique ? Un hôtel à faire en famille mais pour un couple seul… à faire hors haute saison.

Wir hatten einen schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Ortszentrum ist ca. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es einige Supermärkte und mehrere preiswerte Autovermietungen. Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gebucht, aber ein kostenloses Upgrade in einen Bungalow mit Meerblick bekommen. Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und einer guten Ausstattung (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, kostenloser Safe,...). Das Hotel machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Leere Gläser und Müll werden sofort weggeräumt. Freundliches Personal, Zimmerservice reinigt ordentlich. Die Anlage mit kultivierten Gemüsebeeten ist sauber und schön aufgebaut. Beim Bereich des Kidsclubs gibt es einen offenen, großen, teilweise überdachten Sandkastenbereich mit Sandspielzeug und anderen Spielen, gegenüber einen beschatteten Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Rutsche und versch. Wippen. Lage direkt am sauberen Sandstrand. An den Pools und Strand gibt es Liegen und Sonnenschirme von guter Qualität. Die Essenszeiten, gerade mit Kindern, waren sehr gut. Ein abwechslungsreiches (griechisches) Buffett bei allen Mahlzeiten, aber kein riesen Buffet. Man findet aber immer was, was einem passt. Es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Einziges Manko, es hätte wärmer sein können und ich hätte mir mehr Themen gewünscht. Für Babys und Kleinkinder gibt es frisch gekochten Brei und wenig gewürzte Speisen. Für ältere Kinder gibt es u.a. immer Nudeln, Pommes und Pizza. Die Auswahl in der Snackbar ist nicht allzu groß, variiert aber jeden Tag und wird alles frisch zubereitet. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise waren sehr viele Kinder da. Trotzdem war es nicht laut oder unangenehm, da sich alles gut verteilt. Der Kinderpool ist mit 60cm Tiefe auch für die Kleinen gut geeignet. Die wasserrutschen und auch die anderen Pools während der Öffnungszeiten mit Bademeister bewacht. Es gibt einen TUI Kidsclub mit jeweils 2h vormittags und nachmittags. Unsere große Tochter hat den Hoteleigenen Kidsclub Grecoland täglich besucht. Hier wurde abwechslungsreiches Programm in deutsch, englisch und griechisch zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr angeboten. Da der Kidsclub auch nicht überlaufen war, wurde zusätzlich immer auf die Wünsche der Kinder eingegangen. Sehr luebe Umgang mit den Kindern und gute materielle Ausstattung. Leider gab es nichts zum Schutz der Kleidung, wenn mit Acrylfarben gemalt wurde. Abends gab es für die Kinder noch eine Minidisco. Tagsüber gab es verschiedene Aktivitäten im Angebot (Dart, Beachvolleyball, Boule,...). Das Abendprogramm für Erwachsene nach der Minidisco war vielfältig. Man wurde nie durch die Animation belästigt.
