科斯島白石飯店-限成人(White Rock of Kos Hotel - Adults Only)

Eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren. Service ist Hervorragend, Zimmer sind der Wahnsinn. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier von Vorteil.

Séjour parfait, l'équipe de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle, toute l'équipe sans exception, toujours disponible et à l'écoute. La piscine principale est incroyable, la vue sublime dont on ne peut pas se lasser. Bref, n'hésitez pas, vous êtes sûr de passer un super moment. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dès que possible.

La camera n° 301 è una delle migliori per quanto riguarda la vista sulla baia di Kefalos e l'isola Kastri. Disponibile palestra attrezzata, piscina infiniti alla stanza e una piscina circa 40 m o 50 m anche lei infinity con viste stupende. La SPA piccola ma la massaggiatrice molto esperta ed è riuscita a "sistemarmi" la schiena. colazione a buffet greco/internazionale e i camerieri servono anche altro su richiesta come spremute, uova in tutte le modalità, ecc. Abbiamo mangiato solo una sera in albergo e il cibo era molto buono. Anche il ristorante gode di una vista spettacolare. Molto ben posizionato rispetto alle varie spiagge presenti in zona ( serve la macchina o altrimenti c'è il servizo di navetta a pagamento). Tutto il personale è stato cortese tutto il tempo. Molto raccomandato per la qualità, posizione, personale ed ambiente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia in una camera con piscina privata. Camera ampia, grande bagno con doppia doccia e piscina esterna superlativa. Anche gli spazi comuni sono molto belli e curati, molto pulito. Vista eccezionale da ogni punto della struttura. Luogo molto silenzioso e rilassante. La colazione è di altissimo livello , Abbiamo provato il ristorante ed è ottimo. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura, davvero nessun lato negativo. Tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima! 10++++

Ein perfektes Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal, tollen Zimmern und gutem Essen 😊 Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastfreundschaft ist einzigartig und es wird auf alle Wünsche individuell reagiert. Wir haben das zweite Mal einen traumhaften Urlaub hier verbracht . Diese Herzlichkeit von wirklich Allen ist großartig und man fühlt sich geschmeichelt und willkommen. Wir werden nicht unseren letzten Urlaub hier verbracht haben, denn es fühlt sich an wie Familie. Elgal ob die Hausdame, die Rezeption, der Fahrer oder die Damen des Restaurants , alle zusammen machen diese schönen Tage im Jahr unvergesslich. Gleichzeitig ist die Ruhe und die Anonymität ( dank eigenem Pool) großartig für die Erholung. Danke dafür ♥️🇬🇷

Premetto che sono stato in questo hotel 2 volte e stavo prenotando anche per questa estate !!!! L'hotel si trova in una posizione magnifica con una vista sul mare veramente splendida , lo staff è gentile e le camere abbastanza accoglienti . Il primo anno abbiamo avuto diversi problemi primo tra tutti la Jacuzzi sul terrazzo che no ha mai funzionato nonostante le nostre continue richieste per farlo riparare , forti di questa esperienza l'anno successivo abbiamo chiesto una camera senza jacuzzi ma sembra che questo hotel ne sia sprovvisto e ci ridanno la stessa camera con la stessa maledetta jacuzzi che ci guardiamo bene dal toccare ma nonostante questo ci ritroviamo la camera allagata . Chiamiamo subito la reception e poco dopo arrivano 4 persone che non ne capiscono nulla e che continuano a ripetere che è impossibile che l'acqua sia uscita dalla jacuzzi ( forse è piovuta dal cielo ) ma non fanno un bel niente e da incompetenti che sono se ne vanno . Quest'anno ci riprovo e faccio la prenotazione e nello stesso tempo invio una email chiedendo di fare il possibile per non far ripetere gli stessi inconvenienti e chiedendo visto il passato e visto che sono un cliente da 3 anni di avere se possibile un upgrade . Mi risponde una certa sig.ra Senka Pietri che in modo arrogante e presuntuoso mi dice che non capisce per quale motivo mi dovrebbero concedere un upgrade visto che il problema della jacuzzi è stato causato da me !!!!!!!! A parte il fatto che non ci rivolge ad un cliente in questo modo mi chiedo come questa signora sia arrivata a questa conclusione a meno che il suo precedente lavoro sia stato l'idraulico ???? Scrivo al Direttore un certo sig. Mihas Billys che oltre che a difendere l'operato della sua collega ribadisce che la responsabilità dell'allagamento della stanza è solo per nostra colpa e che lui è intervenuto personalmente per risolvere il problema . A questo punto abbiamo 2 idraulici che non hanno fatto il loro lavoro o meglio un " Direttore " e una " Impiegata " che non sanno fare il loro lavoro e che dovrebbero avere un pò più di rispetto per i loro clienti ed essere meno arroganti . Non si può lavorare per un hotel 5 stelle con la mentalità di chi gestisce un hotel da 1 stella . Ripeto l'hotel è bello ma non basta le persone maleducate dovrebbero starne fuori ci vuole cosi poco per tornare nelle stalle Unica nota positiva mi hanno permesso di cancellare la mia prenotazione senza nessuna penale e di questo li ringrazio . Kos è una piccola Isola e vi sono hotel 5 stelle molto migliori quindi il mio consiglio evitate questo hotel che non apprezza i suoi clienti .

Struttura meravigliosa e molto pulita, con la questione "solo adulti" c'è il totale silenzio in qualunque momento, quindi per una coppia è il massimo. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di andarci, merita al 100%.

Well what can we say, it certainly deserves its 5*. From booking to arrival was spot on (thank you Senka for your helpful emails). We stayed first in Kardamena and asked the hotel to collect us (for a fee), Yiannis the driver was really friendly and helpful. There were cold flannels and a soft drink with desert to welcome us. Receptionist Marioulla was friendly & professional. We were blown away by the room - big comfy bed with towels shaped in to a love heart decorated with fresh flowers, wine & fresh fruit with a ‘happy anniversary’ note. Bathroom huge, separate door to a toilet within. There is a mini bar (advise you check on arrival as we found a bottle half full so we reported that to avoid being charged) we removed some of the drinks to be able to store our own. Balcony was excellent, large hot tub, sofa, 2 chairs and table, not overlooked, there was a pool suite below us so that was overlooked by us. You can request the golf cart to pick you up at anytime to deliver you to the pool or restaurant (very steep hills). We got a ride to the tennis court at the bottom of the complex where there is a dirt track to the main resort/beach 5-7min walk, you’ll feel like you’re trespassing on some houses and Panormitis studios but if the families are sat out they wave hello. The main pool is long and sunbathing area a good size, George on pool bar was very efficient, as soon as someone exits he tidies the beds, it tended to get very windy in the early afternoon. Breakfast & dinner is served inside, if not windy they slide open the windows otherwise it’s A/C and I found that chilly. Good breakfast options, staff are attentive, quick to respond & friendly. Meal choices were good and not as pricey as we expected for this hotel. We had a couples massage which was excellent value for money. Overall we would love to return and have made a note of the rooms we’d like (the one we had being #1 choice). All staff deserve a pay rise they all work long hours and always with a smile. This is a hotel to fully relax at without rushing all over sight seeing. We spent 10 days in Kardamena to do various trips and came to White Rock for 4 nights to fully rest. If you’re not able to manage the steep dusty walk down the track to the resort then we recommend you hire a car to visit other places. We recommend Sykaminia bar at the bottom of the hill and Jim Supermarket.
