I stayed for 16 days in a one-bedroom apartment in August, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils to make your own meals, the living room has a magnificent view of the sea, the same as the bedroom, sunrise with this view is simply wonderful, the bathroom is spacious and has everything needed, regarding cleaning whenever requested, nothing to point out The friendliness and availability of all the staff is to be thanked, including at the travel store, wine store and the rest of the Sitar bar. After reading several negative comments, I thought about canceling the reservation, but I'm glad I didn't. I recommend it and I will definitely go back one day.

just now on  Google We booked a seafront 2 bedroom apartment which was not available due to maintenance issues. Also booked a studio but got a 1 bedroom apartment. Pool area was nice and restaurant has great service and food. We had the following issues, which the Manager tried to fix but staff did not follow through; - one face towel for two people, we were told they had none left after asking several times - only one bathtowel in of the apartments for two people - wifi did not work at all - no scourer, tea towel in any of the apartments - heavy build up of lime and scum in shower tiled area and glass - dirty vanity basin - only one cup in our room - no top up of toiletries, even after several requests - overall, the rooms were not clean, including toilets - very noisy highway traffic at night

When I got into bed I felt something crawling on me. Turned the lights on and it was bed bugs. Tried the sofa and within 10 minutes bed bugs one me there as well. The after hours line had no response. I decided to sleep in my car. Emailed the hotel after I left with a video of the bugs and I have had no response.

Rooms in this complex are hotel rooms not an apartment. Similar size and facilities as a standard hotel room Only two pillows in the room The reception shuts at 6pm which is where you enter, they don’t tell you this and you have to enter past the public toilets after asking in one of the retail outlets on the ground floor The door locks are temperamental and only work when the card is horizontal The WiFi is good and the place is clean
