位置好在公河邊。 房間很大,寬敞,浴室很乾淨。 牀很好。只有椅子很髒。 早餐一般7,5,歐米特站,亞洲食物和一些水果,咖啡和混合果汁。 工作人員很友善,有禮貌,樂於助人。 公交站200m.附近很多餐廳,竹橋和法塔位於步行距離之內。

I asked many time to refund back my money 51$ that this hotel charged me . I booked through Agoda to stay on 03-5/12/22 for two nights. After made the booking , I called to hotel to double check to ensure my booking is recorded but I was told by the staff who pick up the phone that the Hotel no room available on that period then I said why Agoda still Sale your room? She said may be they did not know yet then I asked to cancel my reservation and not charge my credit card. Later on till arrival date I got alert by my bank th at the amount 51$ is chafed by Agoda. I asked many times to refund but till today nothing is done. I felt both hotel and Agoda are cheater . It’s not a big amount of money but I am upset due to the fact that you made the business by cheating your client this is not fair. Shame on you!

Beautifully restored colonial architecture with interesting ”memorabilia and decorations, but with the modern amenities. Room (and bed!) was comfortable, Food and drink excellent (probably best in Chhlong) and enough varied for our 5 night stay. Service was great, too; very friendly and competent staff led, during our stay, by Mr. Vah. Pool comfortable and clean. Bike rides in the old town lots of fun!!

Hotel is a beautiful design and a retreat from life in Phnom Penh. Pool is spectacular and restaurant was great quality too. Room - especially bathroom - was a bit tired looking, but super comfy bed and hugely spacious room. We escaped to this hotel because of renovations being done at the hotel we originally booked. Instead we were bombarded with Buddhist chanting for our two night stay and while the GM was lovely and very apologetic, the situation could have been handled better. A comp coffee or meal would have been a nice touch….but didn’t happen Hotel is beautiful but very isolated - at least 30-40 mins to downtown and not many options to eat outside the resort (locally anyway). And no spa services either. A beautiful place….but a few too many pitfalls for us to rate it more than 3 star.
