It's such a good place. The staff are absolutely brilliant. They really are cool. Whenever I needed help, advice, or assistance with my room they were so polite and caring to help me. This is the kind of stuff that really makes a holiday extra pleasant. The room itself is very good. The furnishings and facilities are wonderful. It's like a small apartment. You really could stay there long term. The cleaning service is delivered every single day and the room feels brand new every time. It's located a matter of seconds off the main *****, which is perfect as it saves you from street noise. There's even a nice view of the ocean. It's great. Thank you EVERYONE, at Komodo Suites. I hope to return very soon.

Felt like a hotel from the 1980s. Room was very nice as was the pool but a totally bizarre set of priorities with no eco / sustainable qualities. No place to refill water but instead if you ask for water they send someone one to your room with small plastic bottles. They replenish these plastic bottles each day. They give you new tiny plastic bottles of shampoo each day and wash the towels every day regardless of requests. Totally unnecessary use of energy and plastic. Breakfast is poor. Great number of staff there but seem focused on putting out stacks of plates ans cups correctly and often no milk available. No hot water so if you want tea you just have a pot which brews constantly and they just periodically add water too. In a country full of beautiful fresh fruit their breakfast fruit is not fresh and often covered in flies. There is so many staff they could just bring each person a little plate of fruit if they liked. Lots of options in the hot plate buffet but all seem straight from a frozen / package and not fresh at all.

It was the third time stayed to this hotel during trip to Labuan Bajo. Our room had sea view and it was amazing view from our balcony especially during sunset and sunrise. But the TV Channel was broken till end of our stay which was very disappointing. The food at the restaurant also not so fresh. But the staffs are very helpful, friendly and fast response. It is a huge hotel with nice pool, beach and good location in labuan bajo. We noticed the hotel was growing since our first stayed in 2018. There are many rooms of improvement tough to consider Labuan Bajo is an international destination now. But still we look forward to having our next staying with LaPrima again in the near future.

Basic Room but quite spacious with good location. Partial sea view is a plus given what youre paying. Staff quite friendly and helpful

Very recommended hotel, very clean, and great hospitality! Very comfortable hotel! Im go twice to this hotel, first time with my family, second time with friends, we are all so happy and enjoy our moment in this hotel, the staff also very helpful. Also they have a very delicious restaurant, we ate sei sapi and nasi goreng and also kompiang, the authentic labuan bajo bread, its very recommended also!
