Hôtel formidable !!! Le service, les employés, la piscine, le buffet tout était génial ! Une expérience vraiment incroyable, nous avons fait différents hôtels en Crête et il est clairement au dessus du lot. La Canée à 30mn et Balos à 1h00. Seul petit bémol, la qualité du café des machines du restaurant mais possible de le prendre aux différents Bars pour en avoir un de qualité :) Idem pour le choix de cocktail sans alcool qui est un peu limité Mais rien de dramatique largement rehaussé par tout le reste !!! Merci aux équipes pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr ! ❤️🙏🏻

We have a room with direct assess to the pool. ⛱️ The hotel is directly on the beach 🏖️ it has servals pools and a water park, you can spend as much time as you want in the water. 🌊 It has 5 restaurants offer breakfasts, lunches and dinners with hundreds choices of food 🥐🥯🥨🍳🍔🥩🥞🍖🍕🧆and more than 100 drinks including alcohol drinks. 🥤🧋🍶🍺🍸🍷🍻1 pool bar and 1 food corner offer snacks, desserts and drinks all day long. 🍪🍿🍩🍮🍦🍹🥃 The highlight: everything is FREE!! You can drink and eat as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want! 🆓 Plus they have programs all the long too. You can do sport🏋️, dancing🧘‍♀️, play football, ⚽️tennis🎾🏸, and they have live music every night and they have shows in the weekend evenings. 🎹🎼🥁

Nous revenons d’un séjour de 8jours dans cet hôtel, tout est fait pour des vacances réussies, l hôtel est propre, neuf, fonctionnel, très grand mais on s y sent bien le personnel est tres attentionné, l’espace piscine est immense, magnifique, très bien aménagé avec des fleurs partout, l’espace balnéothérapie est top, la salle de sport aussi, l espace restauration est très sympa, et le all inn est un vrai régal ! Sans oublier, les jeux aquatiques et une petite restauration pour les enfants qui se sont régalés ! En plus, comme nous avions loué 2 voitures, le parking en sous sol est gratuit …bref, des vacances géniales et un seul conseil, allez y …vous ne serez pas déçus !!

Parfait nous sommes ravis de notre petit break avant l'hiver Superbe hôtel moderne propre beaucoup de personnel service correspondant à un 5 étoiles Rien à redire pour ma part Le rapport qualité prix est top A recommander Pour moi le seul bémol l'eau est très très froide à cette période. Hôtel super bien adapté aux enfants poussettes et personnes à mobilité réduite. On peut trouver des points négatifs si on cherche la petite bête il y a des choses mieux et des choses moins biens que dans les hôtels 5 étoiles. Mais franchement pour nous c'était top. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour le service franchement top.

3900euro:( West Crete is a wonder, but you should know this: We arrived at the five-star Euphoria Resort Hotel at 11:30 in the morning... Of course, they accommodated us in the annex. Then at 3 p.m.... I took my mother and my 6-year-old son... Background: Since my father died 6 months ago, I wanted my son and My mother will rest for 1 week, in the five-star hotel in Kolimbary, west Crete... In the back annex, we were accommodated at 3:00 p.m. with the other Hungarians and a Portuguese family... The beautiful room in the main building that we bought was not in a good relationship! from the small pool at the back... you should know that I changed hotels directly, which was sold for extra money by itaka tours through gruber travels... I called Itaka to help! no one called the Greeks, they were specifically shaken! I visited the Euphoria Hotel for a day and a half... after that we got the room we really paid for... for two days we were in the disgusting room in the wet back building of Grüzüfalu. Of course, before we paid for the trip, Itaka Tours told me through the Grubers that they would call the hotel to make sure everything was in order.... I called them to say that he was gone for a day and a half and we got a 3-star penalty room with a wet wall at the back, overlooking the sea... I asked them to compensate me, the lady who answered in a dirty manner denied everything from the Greek section! however, I took before and after photos, because I fought over the room at the hotel! I ask all my acquaintances and people of good sense to avoid Itaka Tours from afar, because it is a washed-up, run-of-the-mill company! The 4 days of the vacation went well because we called out for ourselves and we made it so that it would be good...3 days were spent traveling and fighting in the room
