Hotel is not professional as stated in the booking. It does not even deserve a 2 star rating. Food is not standard. Boat riding was booked, but delayed by 1 hour, then trip time was cut short by half an hour.

The room allotted for is shabby and the walls are having cracks. They have have not provided a kettle to heat water though it was mentioned in the room facilities. Room service was not available, though the room i booked was standard but the allotted room was substandard

Our family's stay was very pleasant, and the staff was extremely cooperative. The breakfast was enjoyable, and we appreciated the houseboat service at a reasonable rate. The rooms are neat and clean.

Very courteous staff and the hotel was neat and clean. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. I would recommend this anyone who wants value for money.

All season hotel is one of the best hotel in the kollam. The room service are the best, taste of food is so delicious with enthusiasm environment. The infinity swimming pool in front of lake veiw is so relaxing. I just loved it to stay in beautiful lake veiw hotel

The rooms was nice and clean. The staff behaviour was polite. Good food. Nice sceniary near by. Breakfast buffet was good. Good place to chill. They have Bar as well good variety of snacks .
