Very unpleasant stay: the hotel forget to pick me up at the airport, even though I email them multiple times and they confirmed the pick up service. The elevator wasn’t working properly. Long queues in front of the elevator, took up to 15 minutes to reach the rooms. Buffer breakfast and dinner were actually good. Especially the breakfast was impeccable.

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.
