地理位置和服務都非常棒，入住辦理也很順利，即使我們12:30就到了。晚上我們點了客房送餐服務，食物品質和口味都很好👍 肯定會再次入住。

衞生還行，就是晚上睡覺燈突然亮了

入住體驗非常糟糕：飯店忘記來機場接我，儘管我多次發送電子郵件確認，他們也確認了接機服務。 電梯也出了故障，電梯前排起了長隊，等了將近15分鐘才到房間。 自助早餐和晚餐其實還不錯，尤其是早餐，無可挑剔。

寬敞舒適的房間，配備盥洗用品，服務周到，餐廳品質優良。

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

Room is small , compare to money paid and not very clean.

We stayed at Vivanta for 1 week. The hotel’s breakfast was good. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. We traveled to Kolkata to attend my cousin’s wedding. The hotel is near to the wedding venue and the groom’s parents house. Location of the hotel to a lot of the places in Kolkata is very convenient.

Impossible to communicate with the hotel before arriving. I had a problem with my flight and the customer service is a disaster.

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!
