rooms were dirty & filthy, bed sheets were stained, display of remote of ac was not working, when I complained, lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response as what will you do with ac remote, I told him I want to adjust ac settings once again brusque & churlish lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response, breakfast was of poor quality & limited options

Peerless hotel Kolkata has been an ultimate destination whenever I visit Kolkata. Though I belong to Delhi , I regularly visit Peerless hotel for my business purpose. Peerless hotel has been an Oasis of warm hospitality. Whenever I come here I go to Aaheli restaurant to have a delicious Bengali cuisines. Breakfast at Oceanic is also very good. Mixed with Indian to Continental delicacies . Rooms are clean and has a very good view of Chowringhee area. Though Kolkata was my old city where I love to visit and the second destination is Peerless hotel where I really find the good food and shelter. Nowadays Peerless hotel has improved a lot in terms of services, facility’s and hospitality. The lobby area is quite large and well decorated even they had opened a bar call Bass and Barrel in the lobby area. Overall the quality of the entire hotel has improved. Feel good to come here.

Nice hotel is a quite location though it's in city center but you will not find it congusted or noisy.staffs are very helpful and co operative too.you must try there IRD as the food is too good and fresh.buffet breakfast is lavish and it will definitely gives you butterflies in stomach.

Awesome stay in orion.according to location it's awesome though it bit inside but you will have a peaceful sleep.staffs are very helpful and cooperative.food is also very tasty and buffet spread will definitely give you a different pleasure.

Best services in affordable price. Nice location and cordial staff. Hotel located in Park circus and near seven point crossing. They provide complimentary breakfast. Hotel also have in room lunch and dinner facility.

Check in was smooth, room was big and comfortable. The service was decent at Breakfast. Check out was also quick and pleasant.Stuff is built out of a team of professionally trained people for their job. Every one is behaving in a very professional manner but at the same time they give a little true smile and give you sensation that they truly care.
