One of the worst experience of my life was staying in this hotel.Keep police contact handy if you are staying in this hotel as staff cannot handle their guest and you will have to tolerate drunk people playing loud music and partying whole night until you call cops to take action. I had 2 rooms booked and had to sacrifice my sleep for 2 nights as they take booking for party rooms where people shout and play music whole night without thinking for other guests and when one tries to complain drunk guest abuse. Felt not at all safe. One of the worst and pathetic experience in any hotel.

Neat and clean hotel tasty foods staff behavior is cordial location is amazing

This is an excellent hotel ! best staff service and extremely clean and hygienic within the vicinity of prime area of kolkata. I am writing this review after staying 17 days in this hotel. This hotel is in the heart of the city and every place can be travel-led from here. If you ever come to kolkata, book this hotel only for a really nice experience of stay!

Very good experience at hotel panasia. Clean rooms and excellent services. Loved the stay buffet breakfast was also awesome. Definitely recommended.

Great restaurant, lovely food and service. The staff Lovely, Susmita and the guys were excellent. The ambience is superb. It is a must visit place. They have a vast array of food with cocktails. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
