Buena ubicación y buenas vistas. Nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que habíamos pagado y nos cambiaron al segundo día pero no nos compensaron por la noche anterior. Bastantes cucarachas pero es común en el país. La cama cómoda pero la almohada demasiado alta.

La chambre de l’hôtel est mal isolée, les lits sont très sale et peu confortable. La douche n’est pas très propre et certains interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas… Le personnel de l’hôtel a tenté de nous arnaquer en nous faisant payer une deuxième chambre. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

Il resort è molto bello e affaccia direttamente sul mare su un promontorio poco prima di Sairee beach. Ha una spiaggettina piccola ma molto carina adatta a una nuotata di primo mattino o al tramonto ma dove non si può stare tutto il giorno perchè molto piccola e rocciosa. Le camere all'interno di cottage sono molto carine, dotate di grande frigo e aria condizionata. Le pulizie vengono in teoria fatte a giorni alterni ma in realtà abbiamo trovato la camera rifatta quasi tutti i giorni con riassortimento di acqua e asciugamani puliti (purtroppo non c'è modo di non farli cambiare). Il dialogo con la reception è un po' duro perchè parlano pochissimo inglese. La colazione offerta nel ristorante a fianco non è top con poca varietà e qualità non eccellente. La piscina è molto bella, la vegetazione e i sentieri non sono molto curati e puliti purtroppo.

Catastrophique, je suis arrivé pour le Check in à 13h et le gérant m’indique que la chambre n’est pas prête. Il me propose d’attendre à la piscine qui est en plein soleil sans aucune zone d’ombre pour se poser autour. Je remarque rapidement l’état de dégradation du lieu, piscine verdâtre, escalier pas entretenu, tout est sale et j’aperçois un matelas en dehors d’une chambre sur la terrasse avec des employés qui s’activent à l’intérieur. Le gérant m’indique après une heure d’attente que le lit est cassé mais qu’il ne me changeront pas de chambre donc je dois attendre encore qu’ils réparent tout ça. Ayant lu les commentaires je décide d’annuler et par chance il accepte de me rembourser. Fuyez cet hôtel, je pense qu’il était sans doute correct en 2010 mais j’avais entretenu ni rénové, certainement pas en corrélation avec son prix de 60€ la nuit. Tout est à refaire.

This was a terrible pick. We chose it based on *********** reviews and regretted it as soon as we arrived. The “resort” is completely run down, falling apart, rotten structures, infested with roaches and ants. The manager convinced us to stay one night of our 5 and promised to resolve the situation but it was a joke. Our room doors wouldn’t secure or close, the balcony was rotten and unsafe to use, room covered in bugs, I was bitten by a roach during the night. No sound proofing, loud music all night, no front desk service. Beds are ancient, probably never been changed. Everything in the room was broken, torn, stained, and had a layer of filth. The view and location are gorgeous, for sure, but it’s also not beachfront and you can’t swim there. We stayed the one night and the manager refused to reimburse us until we contacted booking, even then only 3/5 nights refunded. He tried to convince my partner to take his cell phone in exchange for reimbursing the room. It was totally bizarre. Other guests had rented scooters and returned them dissatisfied. He was keeping passports as leverage. Avoid this place if you can. The photos don’t do it justice and I’m certain any positive reviews were paid for. We lost half a day of our vacation dealing with this. Of the 8 stays in Thailand this was the worst.

I arrived very early having had very little sleep on the sleeper ferry and fell asleep on the sunbeds! The owner was the kindest gent ever and made up a room straight away so I could sleep! The staff are the nicest people, beautiful location, great pool and right on the beach. I was only meant to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 3!

We liked the laid back atmosphere of this hotel - it felt like the quietest spot in Sai Ri, which is great - and the Infinity pool overlooking the sea and sunset. The room was nice and spacious with a nice balcony and indeed had a “clear view”! And it’s a great launchpad for activities as the pier, diving centres, long tail boats and restaurants are just 10 min away. So we enjoyed our stay very much. That said a few improvements are needed. Most important is that, while the room was well cleaned and made up daily, the common areas and in particular the walkways were cleaned very sloppily - it is not nice to see beer caps and bottles left around. Second, the rooms don’t have any hooks or bars to hang stuff (ironically they provided hangers but nowhere to hang) so after 2 days it’s a big mess… would suggest at a minimum to install hanger poles in the wardrobes and provide some form of dry rack on the balcony to hang used snorkelling equipment/ swimsuits etc. Finally there is no bar or food service; for breakfast that’s not a big deal as there are plenty of shops around, but with such a nice view getting a juice or a beer by the pool would be great. Overall we recommend the place and would come back, but would really like to see it more professionally run.
