Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wenn man den steilen Aufstieg geschafft hat, wird man mit einer schönen Aussicht belohnt. Bungalows sind gemütlich und sauber. Leider sehr hellhörig.

Buenas cabañas. Excelente servicio. Buena comida y buen precio. Lo mejor del hotel la personas que atienden en recepción y restaurante parece que fueran los dueños. La jefa Zin Zin fue de gran ayuda Estuve 9 noches. La piscina muy bien ubicada y siempre limpia y disponible

Et de deux !! Nous étions déjà venus en 2016 et nous avions hâte d’y revenir ! Rien n’a changé ! Les prix d’abord, toujours à a ordi les, la vue à couper le souffle et même cette satanée montée !! 🤣 Cet hôtel est parfait …. Proches des bars et des restaurants, avec possibilité de louer des scooters ! Et le personnel …. Tellement adorable. Toujours aux petits soins, vous aident sur toutes vos questions …. C’est vraiment un plaisir !!! Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

Fair value for price, friendly staff, no red flags Small, family-run style hotel in the mountain. Decent restaurant. Very friendly staff. Great views. Far from everything, but then just like 70% of koh tao's hotels, wherever they are located. If you rent a motorbike or are willing to move across the island by taxi, you will be fine. The beach closer to this hotel is not the nicest / cleanest in koh tao. Laundry and other restaurants 5-10 min walk. They should have a shuttle service to mae haad, it would add +10 points to the overall experience. Happy nonetheless.

I loved my stay at Chintakiri Resort. The rooms are spacious with strong AC and a fan. Each room has a large balcony with an incredible view of the bay. The facilities are very nice, including a small, but very nice infinity pool with a gorgeous view. Breakfast is made to order. Every employee was friendly and so helpful. They will offer suggestions for outings and help you to book. Please note that this resort is up a very steep hill that is quite a climb (even when you are in-shape) and the resort itself is full of stairs. You must be easily mobile to stay here. And unless you rent a scooter, you will spend quite a bit of money for taxis to/from the resort ($300-$500 baht per one-way trip). As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this resort (and on Koh Tao in general) and would definitely stay here again.
