這家飯店有優點也有缺點。優點：漂亮的內部裝潢，適合在Instagram上曬照片，新裝修的房間，美味的早餐，以及溫暖乾淨的泳池。僅此而已。 缺點：入住時我明確說明我們是來度蜜月的，工作人員給我們免費升級了房間，但升級需要打掃房間，而且說要到第二天才能打掃。當我們第二天到達時，他們告訴我們我們誤會了，他們沒有這麼說。這讓我們有點不爽，不過也無所謂了。 房間裡的空調需要很長時間才能降溫（大約40分鐘，然後就幾乎不能用了）。床吱吱作響，附近沒有電話插座；我們必須把它們放在沙發附近或廚房裡。廚房裡除了馬克杯和玻璃杯外，沒有任何餐具或其他用具。淋浴水溫不高，所以你得自己洗澡。 飯店透過應用程式操作，看似方便，但並非總是有效。我們用它要了餐具和毛巾，但其他要求都沒有回應。飯店也沒有晾衣服的地方。 客房服務人員打掃得很乾淨，但出現了一個奇怪的情況。我們把乾淨的泳池毛巾和我們的物品放在衣櫥裡，以免在清潔時被拿走。這是因為有時他們會把毛巾拿走，卻沒有新的毛巾，我們必須等待。我們到達時，卻找不到毛巾，這表明客房服務人員很容易帶著個人物品闖入壁櫥拿走東西。我們建議將所有貴重物品存放在保險箱中。 預訂日光浴床必須在早上5點到6點之間起床；超過這個時間，就沒有可用的了。飯店沒有強制執行如果您離開超過兩個小時，並且毛巾放在日光浴床上，就不會被拿走的規定。 位置有點令人失望。要去最近的商店、咖啡館或 7/11，你必須穿過「村莊」步行約 10 分鐘。你只需要騎自行車或開車就能到達海灘。飯店提供前往海灘俱樂部的接駁車，但那裡的海水很髒，在咖啡館點餐需要最低消費。價格非常高。一瓶 Chang 0.33 啤酒售價 155 泰銖（7/11 售價 40 泰銖）。我們建議租一輛自行車騎到最近的城市海灘，因為那裡無法步行到達。

員工友善，設施齊全，但是他們沒有提前告知唯一的游泳池正在維修，儘管所有資訊都透過飯店的應用程式發布。

住宿條件不錯，但地點比較隱蔽，不在路邊或海灘邊。圖片會讓人誤以為它在海灘上，因為另一家分店叫Chi Residents。

總的來說，這是一家不錯的飯店，很有度假氛圍。 前台和客房清潔人員都很有禮貌。 每天300泰銖就能租到摩托車，也很方便。

Beautiful resort, a little bit out of the way, but they drop you down and pick you up from their beach club. The let down for me was the beds, they were so hard I  I felt like I had a broken back after 7 days.

Good setvices

Had issues with the breakfast. I booked and paid for five days , two people with breakfast for two, through a different site. I was by myself for the first three days. The first day I invited my two friends to join me for breakfast. They said I would have to pay for one breakfast. I explained that only I would be there for first three days therefore should not have to pay extra breakfast since I paid for ten breakfasts total and was not going to use that many. I went and talked to the General Manager. That was nothing but a lesson in frustration. She stated that was two per day and they did not carry over. No where did it say that when booking. She was not flexible even 10 Baht. Breakfast was 500 baht. My girlfriend came after three days so we decided to stay 3 more days. I booked three more days on Trip.com. I went to office to ask if breakfast was included and the Person at the front desk said yes!!! My girlfriend and I ate breakfast the next day and after we ate said breakfast was not included!!!! Went to office again and the assistant manager was even worse than the General Manager. They have no idea what customer service means and the word of the employees obviously means nothing

Lovely small resort. Spotlessly clean, nice gym, gorgeous pool. Short 10 minute walk to local beach. Close to pier and airport. This is my second visit to this resort would recommend if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful but a short taxi ride away from main tourist places

Excellent resort, a hidden gem one would say. The restaurant serves quality food and drink and the staff are quick to assist and always friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. Great pool.

Perfect!

Overall, quite expensive, but a pretty great hotel. Pros: 1. Very clean, no signs of mold 2. Comfortable rooms equipped with very nice spacious showers, Smart TVs and kitchenettes with a hob 3. Exceptional breakfast. Variety of food, everything’s fresh. I’m allergic to gluten, and they tried to have some options for me too, including bread 4. They have an app where you can communicate with the staff and order anything you want to your room. Nice touch, quite convenient 5. The location was criticised by some other reviews but we really liked it, as it’s somewhat less touristy than Lamai beach area, but still very close to bars, restaurants and shops. You need a scooter, though. Cons: 1. It’s not on the beach. The pictures provided are of their sister beach club, Chi Samui, that’s a few minutes away on the scooter. They provide free shuttles there, free sunbeds and discounts, but it’s still an expensive place, compared to those around. The hotel itself has a pool and sunbeds around, which were sufficient for us, but if you care about seeing the ocean from your balcony - you might get dissapointed. 2. Although rooms have fully equipped kitchens, you can’t cook there, unless you’re staying for more than a month (I am an allergic person and have to cook a lot of my food myself). They don’t provide you with basic cooking (or eating) utensils like forks, knives and plates. We, however, managed to get a few sets of cuttlery and some bowls, but it was complicated, I had to kind of fight for it. 3. On the expensive side, including the food and drinks at the hotel. Overall, would stay again. A few minor inconveniences, but a pretty good experience at Chi.
