Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended!

Phangka Paradise is definitely not the flashiest resort, that said the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe was great and really reasonably priced. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The room was clean and the bedding crisp. Yes it could probably do with some renovations, but the view from your bed in the beach front villas was amazing and the air conditioner worked perfectly. All in all, value for money it is a great place to stay, it is in the quiet part of the island so it really helps to have a scooter to get around.

Not good No electricity for some time - not the hotels fault. But no TV and no Mini Bar as advertised However some previous complaints are now fixed. The garden units have enclosed bathrooms- not open air and balconies have a roof and drying racks.

We stayed for about 2 weeks in March 2022. I'm not usually in the habit of writing TripAdvisor reviews but felt I had to make an exception on this occasion because we had such a wonderful time. Due to the pandemic, there were very few guests staying in the resort which was to our advantage because we were treated to the best service. There was such attention to detail; fresh coconuts or banana shakes would arrive every morning presented in the most beautiful way with flowers. The people were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was superb and served fantastic food. Also very good cocktails for happy hour between 6-7pm for sunset. At the time of writing, the pool was closed which is a shame because the beach is not ideal for swimming as it is quite shallow. However, when things pick up again I am told the pool will reopen. We were lent a kayak for the duration of our stay and so got our water fix that way. Overall great food, great people, great setting if you want to get away from it all in a very quiet corner of Koh Samui. If staying for a long time, we would recommend getting a car but there is a Family Mart convenience store about 10-15 minutes walk away.
