穆克島帕瓦皮海灘度假村

The hotel staff were very kind. The property was clean, but not well maintained causing the property to not feel as nice as it actually could be. It took asking multiple times before the hotel staff cleaned our room and even then, I don't know that I would call it a cleaning. The breakfast provided is very mediocre, it is buffet style, but the kitchen could not keep up with the demand of the customers. Based on the pictures online I expected more from Pawapi.

The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

Très décevant, nous devions y passer 3 nuits mais n’y sommes même pas restés. La chambre était sale et de l’eau brune sortait des robinets. Ils ont bien proposé de nous changer de chambre mais c’était pareil. Pour 150.-/nuit, on s’attend à autre chose et malgré les plaintes, nous n’avons toujours pas été remboursé. Nous déconseillons d’y aller

Nous avons séjourné dans une Seaview Villa au Pawapi Beach Resort. La chambre est très grande, avec du charme grâce à son parquet, sa belle baie en bois et son grand balcon bien équipé (table, chaises et chilienne). L’espace à l’entrée permet de suspendre ses affaires, mais quelques rangements supplémentaires auraient été appréciés. La salle de bain est spacieuse et comprend une agréable douche extérieure. En revanche, la robinetterie de la douche intérieure est vétuste, et le pommeau de douche en hauteur était inutilisable à cause du calcaire. Côté confort, la literie est bonne, mais la climatisation est un peu bruyante. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné, ce qui est un vrai point positif. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est assez basique. Globalement, le cadre est agréable, mais quelques améliorations sur l’entretien et les équipements rendraient l’expérience encore plus plaisante.
