We offer a fully furnished house with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a king-size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another, and full-size bunk beds in the other 2 bedrooms. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Cable with a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. It's close to Walmart and Safeway and a great place to serve as a home base for all of your Kodiak adventures.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Property was perfect for a group of 6 friends in town fishing for 5 days. Close to harbor and grocery store. Clean and well stocked.
