Super & good service. all food good, room good, nice swimming poolall all staff good service,indoor games good,nice dining area ,Ayurvedic massage not good,night fire camp and enjoy the games,car parking good,reasonable price,complementary breakfast very very good

This hotel has everything right. The rooms are big with a separate sitting room and a huge sit out. The breakfast spread is amazing. Staff are extremely polite and always have a smile. Adequte space for parking.The tariff is reasonable and value for money

Pros - Rooms are the best we’ve experienced in the resort. Neat, clean, and well maintained. The campfire was fun and the security was impressive. Cons- The restaurant was not upto mark in terms of breakfast as the buffet was closed so soon. Reception staff could be much more hospitable and warm towards the guests.

It is very good overall, amazing and courteous staff and mouth watering food, only thing is that rooms could be better, rooms look clean but it is very basic and simple, the luxuries should be more like a 4 star hotel which was missing, this is needed

Entire staffs are so welcoming,Awesome location and View, Neat and Tidy room with 24 hrs hot water,Tasty food and Very courteous staff what else you look for. Very near to major destinations like kodai lake,vattaikanal ,dolphin nose,fairy waterfall ,pine forest ,crockers walkway, we can easily manage time to spend in resort and to visit places ..

Nice environment and cozy rooms… Nice food and ambience was pleasent …service was good… Had fun in play area….. will plenty of games… Had camp fire…. Had a day well spent and had lots of memories…must stay spot with family or as a couple…………..

The hotel conduct is very mediocre., they take your signs on count of small things like glass, cups etc and then spend one hour in checking the room at checkout. For us, they charged for the umbrella which was in their premises only! Very cheap mindset and not worth the money you pay.
