Il Carlton hotel è’ un’oasi di pace e relax. Il cibo buonissimo, le camere grandi e accoglienti r la vista dalla camera e’ fantastica. Non potevo chiedere niente di meglio per il mio stay. Il ristorante anche buonissimo. Lo staff servizievole e sono stati bravissimi nell’accogliere ogni richiesta e desiderio

Historisches Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Personal ist stets sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Areal ist sehr weitläufig und schön gestaltet. Das Carlton liegt direkt am See und ist ein idealer Ort zu Relaxen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

The place is gorgeous with a stunning view, in fact the best view in the whole of Kodaikānāl. The staff is very courteous and the hospitality was 10/10. The food too was very good..place I recommend completely

The hotel is centrally located and everything including the market and the Kodai lake is just 1 minute away from the hotel. Location 5/5 Hospitality 10/10 Cleanliness was great. Housekeeping staff including Mr. Manikandan, Mr. Jerome and all staff was very cooperative and humble and quick service. Mr. Maniselvan also helped us in finding my wife's lost mobile. Very cooperative guy he was. Reception: very warm welcome by Mr. Michael, Mr. Nimson, Mr. Arun and Mr. Anand. Food: 10/10 Great service by Mr. Nagrajan, Mr. Bintu and Mr. Venkatesh. Overall very great and memorable experience.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for more than 20 years and everytime the service is excellent. The organisation of the restaurant and the club is so good and all the units of the hotel is very well coordinated. Mr. Anand has been in this hotel for as long as I know and still provides his best of service. The evening "Game of Housie" he conducts every evening just gathers the crowd to a pleasant and wholesome time. I would highly recomend this place if you want to wind back and relax.

Thanks to every staff here, best location no language problem. beautiful stay for every age of family member. Variety of food spread. best service right from reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Each room has great Lakeview Club fantastic most impressed by chessboard. Thanks for pleasure stay here.

Beautiful old property situated lakeside with the best view in Kodaikanal. Spacious rooms, great service, fun activities in evening and delicious food. Thanks to Anand for his wonderful hospitality. Surely come back. Highly recommended when in Kodai.

It was an amazing experience, I stop for relaxation from the south of India, and it was a real magic. The place is so beautiful, the views… And the most important the crew was so nice, smiling all the time. Taking care of you, want to make sure you have everything. Simran was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Chef and kitchen made my meals just perfect, I didn’t miss a thing. Enjoy the vacation.
