One of the best & excellent Hotel have ever stayed.Excellent service and support.In fact the day we had just checked in ( 14-08-2025.Had booked for 2 night stay ) immediately i got a call regarding medical emergency from home and had to rush back ( totally stressed out ).The Manager Mr Mutthu Kumar pacified me and asked me to relax and stay calm.He told me he will ensure that i get a days rent as refund which i was not aware.He sent a mail and informed Mr Mani Shankar at treebo hotels and also asked me to talk to him. Believe me the support i received from Mr Mani Shankar,Mr Mutthu Kumar Manager was just amazing and needs to be appreciated.Im highly thankfull to both Mr Mani Shankar & Mr Mutthu Kumar Although we were there for few hours, was fascinated by the ambience, cleanliness, cooperative and courteous staffs I would like to recommend this property to all the guests/visitors & families a to stay in this property and enjoy your peacefull stay.Im pretty sure you will rbe satisfied with their very good hospitality It will be my endevour to stay in this property on my next visit in the near future . I humbly appreciate the kind of support and services treebo has delivered.Huge thanks to you and to your whole team for the significant service and treatment during my stay. One of the finest hotel of treebo till now with good space and nice ambience . The stay was fine but the service and check-in was good and it didn't took long for the check-in just in few minutes. Thank you

I am very happy to anouce that this hotel provide luxuries service .treebo is the one best hotel this hotel is located in near railway station all staff is very friendly hotel manger us very coprative . I will visit again this hotel .

Deluxe Double Room Pros - Room and bathroom were clean; spacious room; few eateries nearby; TV with multiple channel selection (android TV); good WiFi connection; room balcony was a plus point; kettle available in room; no issues with hot shower - was available in the morning and also evening; breakfast was very delicious; very friendly and helpful staff - they knew how to handle and approach a guest very well. Cons - I did not see any lift in the facility; quite a distance to the lake - we walked about 30 minutes to reach there; No dental kits were provided; no coffee sachets were provided. Note: Plastic water bottles are not allowed in Kodaikanal, as such water in the room was provided in a jar only.
