Mosquitoes in the lobby welcomed me to the hotel... room 105, hygiene was too good that we had the previous guest's undergarment placed in the room. Mosquito presence in the room impacted the sleep. Inspite of advance payment, for some strange reason IRD servers continued to ask for direct payment and wanted me to speak to front desk if I wanted posting to room. Saving grace was the location .. walkable distance for my office and the quality of food delivered for the dinner which was excellent. Probably a common scene these days.. service doesn't exist.
