Etablissement moderne situé proche d'une station de métro à Ernakulam/Cochin. Bon accueil sur un comptoir que prolonge un couloir, pas de lobby, juste un canapé. Chambre avec un lit une place, moderne et confortable, grande baie vitrée, salle de bain avec douche, nombreux consommables, coffre, par contre pas de frigo. Bouilloire, thé, café. wifi bien également avec table de travail, ensemble propre. Dans les moins : les cartes magnétiques pour ouvrir les portes ne fonctionnaient pas, un employé de la réception devait monté ouvrir systématiquement aux arrivées des clients ; le petit déjeuner très léger était pris dans la chambre, un jour il y a fallut que je réclame des serviettes en soirée, elles n'avaient pas été renouvelées; bien demander que la chambre soit faite chaque jour alors que le personnel ne manque pas !

The property is on the main area- few minutes’ walk from Ernakulam Junction (South) and South Metro Station. Nice Ambiance. Rooms are compact and neatly maintained. Very comfortable mattress. Neat and clean lobby. Smooth check in and check out. Courteous front desk staff. Easy access to tourist places.

Stayed for 4 nights and wanted a hotel near the Metro, railway station and within walking distance of the public ferry to Fort Kochi, and the Townbridge Hotel ticked all the boxes. We enjoyed our stay here and were impressed by the size of room, good AC and WiFi, and friendliness of staff. We were given a room on the 4th floor which overlooked the Metro line and whilst noise was not an issue, we did think if we were staying for 4 nights, a room on the 6th floor would've been more suitable. I'm sure had we asked, we could've moved. Breakfast is basic, and omelettes and poori made to order. One niggle is that rooms are not automatically cleaned daily unless you ask for it! Tips, TV Ch 340 for BBC News and Ch 365 for English speaking movies. In summary, this is a great value hotel, well located for transport options and we would stay here again.

Excellent hotel very centrally located. The hotel is 5 minutes from the metro station and 2 minutes away from MG Road. Lots of restaurants and hotel pubs nearby. The rooms are very clean ,spacious, and comfortable. Vijayan and his team went out of their way to make my stay memorable .

The location was perfect for my purpose. It was easy to find and centrally located. The Ernakulam South Railway Station is walking distance from the hotel. I actually walked to the station. Cabs were easily available. The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and efficient. The room was decently sized and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The bathroom was well kept with clean towels. There was hot water available at any time. The attached restaurant had good food and reasonably priced. The service was good
