Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ca. 500 Meter entfernt vom Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Ein Bosch Kaffeeautomat steht auf dem kleinen Arbeitstisch. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchtausch bei Bedarf. Eine kleine Bar ist bis 22:30h geöffnet. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Frühstücksraum in der 1. Etage bietet nicht allen Gästen gleichzeitig Platz. Es empfiehlt sich, für größere Gruppen (wir waren zu 8) einen Tisch für den Morgen zu reservieren. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an das kleine Team!

We have previously stayed overnight in Koblenz, and this time we chose this hotel primarily because it has air conditioning in the rooms. It turned out to be a good decision, as there was a heatwave in the city during our stay. Our room was very large and spacious with a huge bed. The bathroom was also large and nice. The hotel’s style is somewhat unique, but it is clean and tidy. Breakfast is also fine. The hotel is very centrally located, and you can charge your car here.

Premetto che in hotel non ci sono mai stato. Il giudizio negativo e' rivolto alla Direzione della struttura. Per motivi non dipendenti da me mi sono trovato a dover posticipare di un giorno l'arrivo in albergo , quando purtroppo in base alle condizioni previste dal sito su cui avevo prenotato sarei stato soggetto al pagamento di una penale dell'80%. Ho contattato la Direzione , convinto che non fosse impossibile giungere a un gentlemen agreement. Risposta : cambi la data di arrivo sul sito ( ben sapendo che avrei dovuto versare la penale + la nuova penotazione ). Bravi , complimenti ! Flessibilita' , disponibilita' , attenzione per il cliente pari a zero. Concludo con l'auspicio che con i denari che mi hanno rubato i signori della Direzione abbiano ad acquistare medicine.

We booked a junior suite for 1 night and were given a room at the rear of the hotel. There are pictures shown of the rooms on various websites and the room we were given was representative of the pictures however we found the décor to be rather depressing. The furnishings were a mix of 80’s and modern as the rooms had only been partially renovated. The colour scheme was very sombre with dark blue wall coverings, curtains and carpet. There was a small separate seating area at the rear facing the windows which were covered in net curtains so there was limited light entering the room. The room looked directly on to an austere apartment block and a busy road and railway line on the right. The glass sliding door on the bathroom although frosted, was see-through regardless of whether the bathroom light was on or off. This was a very odd choice of design as the toilet was on the right-hand side of the door meaning anyone using it could be clearly seen. We had to take turns sitting in the seating area whilst the other person used the toilet. The hotel does not provide a complimentary breakfast. The cost is EUR 6.50pp. We thought the price was very good as the choices and service were good. The hotel has no parking so you have to park in the public car park just down the road (GPS 50.3536, 7.5878). This cost was EUR 22 to park from 11am to 8am the next day. We found the reception and restaurant staff very efficient and professional and the hotel was clearly well managed. Given the additional costs for breakfast and parking, we paid £165 (Eur 190) for 1 night. Given the style of room and the location, outlook and facilities of the hotel we felt this was a little expensive.

Zentral, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Koblenz gelegen, keine eigenen Parkplätze nur öffentliche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer, Mobiliar antiquiert, Matratze sehr weich, Schreibtischstuhl durchgesessen, Bad okay. Für eine Nacht war es okay, aber nicht mehr...

Great location and fantastic service. Sebastian and the team made my time so comfortable. Will be back again soon. The comfort rooms are comfortable, I would recommend the superior or suites for longer stays. The hotel is located right next to the train station.
