房間設施老舊但位置很棒，整的麗貝島非常小不存在出行問題，沒有多少遊客私密性好，省去出海跳島的時間可以直接浮潛，價格合理，適合度假，不錯的體驗

店主很熱情，雖然房間不大，該有的也有，有陽台可以看海，私域海灘看日落很美～酒店餐廳收費合理，飯菜就是泰國菜，還可以。坐在餐廳可以看到海里小魚游來游去。整體性價比不錯。第二天換酒店，我們要出海，店主把我們行李送到新酒店並安排好，很贊！！！

房間無空調，熱的要命，半夜把我熱起來了

不建議入住，環境差，衞生差，

位置：陰涼處，氛圍好，很好 服務：接待員的服務講得很好。從住處有出租車免費接機。入住度假村時但如果你想去私人旅行也可以，每輪收費50泰銖 清潔度：清潔度還可以。但是在床墊旁邊，有一股不太好聞的味道。如果來住幾天毛巾更換人員和每天的垃圾 設施：著名的海灘後面。設施沒有那麼多的海濱。但如果你喜歡隱私，我推薦它。

住宿，風景好，一直吹著風，不粘，海灘很私密，不擁擠。它靠近森林，但沒有蚊子，因為風一直在吹。住宿雖然舊，但很乾淨。去海灘的樓梯不是很陡，走下去不遠，海灘盡頭有私人客廳。早餐服務人員非常熱情好客。可以步行到步行街，路況好，不遠，搬家的時候也有免費用車服務

I suspect wherever you stay on this island you'll leave happy - it is just a beautiful vibe. This accommodation was nice. Pretty basic, but safe and you got your own space. Didn't have hot water for the shower, but I guess that's just part of the island experience. The food and staff were really helpful - getting around the island was easy the staff are always looking to offer lifts and help you, and very cheaply.

Degrado, puzza e sporcizia: non consiglierei il Bayview nemmeno al mio peggior nemico! Le foto non corrispondono nemmeno lontanamente alla realtà. Avevamo prenotato “Suite Queen Vista Mare” e la stanza era veramente da far chiudere la struttura: maleodorante, sporca e vecchia. Siamo rimasti SOLO perche dovevamo fare una sola notte e anche di passaggio. La baia è carina ma il sole arriva tardi, consigliamo di prendere un taxi e spostarsi verso est (davanti al Mountain Resort) per posti magnifici. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

avoid! Toxic. not sure what is more toxic, the rooms bug spray/wood treatment or the Owner of the resort. we were attracted by the photos of this place and did not mind the costly (3000TBat) simple accommodation a bid out of town. when checking in there was an intense chem smell in the room, we figured it will go away but after returning in the evening it was still dominant. (we requested a different room, but ower as not interested in moving us. asked if we can chancel the additional 2 days and get a refund. absolutely no way (she was getting paid in cash) when mentioning to the owner, this is a bad business practice that only will lead to a negative review she absolutely when ballistic, jelling,and storming around the office, and in the end, we packed up lost our 6000TBat and move to a great place. I feel sad for the staff that has to work there

Brudno, wszystko zniszczone, zapuszczone, niebezpieczne schody i taras, wszystko połamane, hiszpański właściciel obraża turystów jak zgłasza się reklamacje czy problem, Tajka z recepcji pożegnała nas słowami ; „fu.k off”. Często rozmawiają miedzy sobą po hiszpansku myslac, ze Polacy to głupole i nie uczą sie jezykow.!!!! Personel pomylił daty rezerwacji, nie odebrali nas z portu, a na miejscu udawali, że nic się nie stało. Zrobili zamieszanie z mapą a ktoś pobiegł w tym czasie po klucze od innego ośrodka za płotem. Dojście skarpą i kałużami, wyjące psy za płotem i manufaktura pełna złomu. Po interwencji zmienili nam 2 z 4 domków, ale mniejsze bungalowy a nie większe jak rezerwowaliśmy. Pod jednym z kolegów zarwały się schody, uszkodził palec, przedramię i żebra. Nie mógł ani nurkować i całe dalsze plany musiały ulec zmianie. Wlaściciel zamiast przeprosić to na nas krzyczał i ubliżał. Ze względu na wypadek chcieliśmy skrócić pobyt o 1 dobę, żeby pojechać na RTG żeber na ląd (nie moglismy płynąc łódką 5 godzin bo to z żebrami męka), ale polubowna rozmowa skończyła się krzykami. Skróciliśmy pobyt na własną rękę wyjechaliśmy zniesmaczeni i zawiedzeni. Finalnie booking interweniował i odda nam kasę bez ich zgody. Pan Hiszpan dopieszcza swoich rodaków a Polaków potraktował jak zera…. Miejsce ładne i spokojne, ale zaniedbane i skrajnie nieprzyjazne za wyjątkiem niższego personelu i managera tez Hiszpana, który niezrównoważoną panią z recepcji siłą chował do budynku.

Het zijn leuke hutjes die redelijk dicht op elkaar staan. Wees er bewust van dat er veel insecten (muggen en kakkerlakken) zijn, zowel buiten als binnen het huisje zijn. Het was hierdoor niet mogelijk om ‘s avonds voor het huisje te zitten. Airco is optioneel bij te boeken voor 5 euro per nacht en dat is wel aan te raden met de temperaturen. Ontbijt is prima en resort zit aan een leuk en rustig strandje. Een aanrader als je bewust van de insecten bent.

Siamo arrivate in questo resort avendo aspettative forse troppo alte. Le foto non sono reali come le misure della camera che era talmente piccola che non potevamo muoverci. La misura della camera indicata era 21 mq ma vi assicuro che la camera non è nemmeno 9 mq. Abbiamo scelto la camera vista mare che sembrava la migliore, ma si presentava sporca e piena di animali che camminavano sul letto e sui mobili. Gli infissi non sono per niente sicuri e ben fissati, infatti hanno un apertura sottostante che all interno di una foresta rappresentano un pericolo per l'arrivo di animali. All'interno del bagno lo specchio era appoggiato al rubinetto e non era presente nessun kit cortesia se non un dispenser sporco. Abbiamo più volte chiamato lo staff per chiedere se quella fosse la.nostra camera visto che dalle foto e dalle misure non sembrava fosse quella, siamo state prese in malo modo dalla signora in reception, mai vista una tale maleducazione. Mentre Fumavo una sigaretta il davanzale in legno del terrazzino si è staccato e abbiamo ben deciso di lasciare la struttura e non fare nemmeno una notte. Sconsiglio altamente questa struttura che oltre ad essere sporca, con personale poco cortese a mio avviso non è per niente sicura.

If you're looking for somewhere beautiful and relaxing to stay on Lipe, I highly recommend you DON'T stay at Bayview Sunset Resort or Bayview Hill. These two places are one and the same and if you're unfortunate like us, the cabins come with white mould over every surface, the deck outside your room is likely to collapse when you stand on it, there are holes in the roof with water pouring through electric lights and the customer service is atrocious, non existent and NOT customer focused at all! We had a fantastic week with them in March and so booked again for the start of November but due to the serious health and safety issues there we had to leave after 3 nights. Despite assuring *********** they'd refund me they have not, they are ignoring all my attempts at contact with them and I do not feel they will ever issue the refund we are due. I paid over £300 for one week and had to leave after 3 nights so there is 4 full nights refund due of 8,179 Baht. The first night my Husbands foot went through the deck outside our room and injured his leg in the process. The next day we were moved to another room that had white mould on every single surface, the woodwork, the floor, the sofa. Everything in the cabin was damp to the touch and it stunk. Not wanting to complain I went and got cleaning products and attempted to clean it myself, it reappeared within hours. The next day we woke to rain pouring through the roof in two places, one dripping through the electric light and one directly into my suitcase. There was also a leak above the door which had totally saturated the curtains. We told the owner Lucas we were going to stay elsewhere and he firstly offered us to stay at his new ******** hotel and he'd give us a cheap deal....considering we'd already paid for a week and leaving on day 3 we refused. We booked accommodation elsewhere and the contrast was like night and day. We finally had a clean, dry and decent place to stay. Lucas agreed we could have a refund and that we'd get it within 10-15 days, we are now on day 26 and still no refund. I am still being ignored and I just want to warn others that are thinking of staying here not to. Koh Lipe us beautiful, don't let this absolute hovel ruin your time on Lipe. Yes, I have an axe to grind and I will continue to do so until I get my refund, Any self respecting business owner would rectify this but they flat out ignore all correspondence. All I can say is SHAME ON YOU Lucas and Bayview.
