We do not have access to the train schedule. To help ensure your comfort, we provide a noise machine in each bedroom. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and appreciate your understanding. Guests will have access to the entire studio apartment, and keyless entry to the building. Mail/postage is not available to this unit at this time, but guests may ship items to our office for pickup during their stay if needed. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm, and provide after hours and weekend emergency services should you need any assistance. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. Any violation, will result in a smoke remediation fee. 5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities. 6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests. a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at a charge, up to a capped limit. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation. 7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties. 8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels. Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present. 9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
