Hotel moderno pulito e confortevole in posizione strategica per visitare il NEC di Birmingham senza trovarsi schiacciato nel traffico cittadino. colazione varia e buona, ma da ordinare al momento, buffet limitato al dolce e bevande. Ottimo anche come ristorante per la cena.

Confortable Hotel muy bonito y acogedor. Pese a estar el pub lleno de gente, las habitaciones son silenciosas. Personal muy amable. Tiene parking. Habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto. En el pub se come muy bien

Could be lovely but let down by a lack of staff. This could be a very comfortable hotel as it is in a lovely village outside of Birmingham. However it is let down by by a lack of staff with the reception only open at check in and check out times otherwise you have you have to go find someone to help with queries. Our room looked out onto a flat roof on which were placed various refrigeration units which were very noisy at night and the window had frosted glass, presumably to mask the view. Whilst the cooked food at breakfast was ok the continental display was poorly stocked due the lack of staff resulting in guests having to constantly ask for things such as butter, milk and bread for the toaster. However the staff in the Chef and Brewer pub in the same premises during the evenings were extremely helpful and the evening meal excellent.

Staff most accommodating, no lift, but they were able to change our room to the ground floor. Lovely decor, spotless. Good bar menu and breakfast. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Nice and Cosy Lovely and cosy. Nice warm welcome from staff. Really loved my room. Had everything I needed in the room.

Greswolde Arms Hotel We stayed here as it is very local to my sisters and were up for a family Christmas and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed and everything was polite and friendly. The room was well presented and there were even chocolates waiting for us. Plus a fully stocked coffee/tea/hot chocolate and biscuits. The ensuite had a wonderful shower plus clean fluffy towels and a heated towel rail with shower gel/soap. The heating was on and it was very warm when we arrived, so we turned it off and would have been better to have left on a low setting as it was slightly chilly in the morning. We had breakfast and this was a lovely cooked meal with also cold buffet with pastries and cereals. The room was clean and whole visit was welcoming and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
