"入住時間是下午3點，但房間直到4點半才準備好。前台的英語很差。早餐種類齊全。晚上停車要收費，結果到了之後發現沒車位了，卻被告知對面街上可以免費停車。最後，我跟前台一起挪了挪箱子才找到停車位。對此很不滿意。晚上睡得很安靜，早餐也不錯。服務方面還有很大的進步空間。"

"Great hotel for a short stay. The exterior could use some TLC but this gem has everything you need. Super clean, great shower and water pressure. The beds are firm and pillows are light and squishy. Staff went that extra mile for us. The website states bicycles for rent but there was none. A staff member drove us as a favour to the War Cemetery and planned out our bus route coming back. She was very helpful considering my only reason for stopping in Kleve was visiting the War Cemetery. There are so many restaurants to choose from. It’s an easy walking town and the bus system was great. The hotel also lent us an umbrella! We left before their breakfast was open but it was around €17pp. So much history and diversity!"
